Great food and room. Cave and open air onsens on site which are better than some of the public onsens

Fantastic location, superb hospitality by the owners Hachisan who is eveready to take pics for us..scrumptious meals esp the snow crabs are in season. We had such a wow wow time. Really an experience not to be missed! Will surely stay here in winter!

This has got to be one of my best stays. You enter and get the chance to experience your first tea ceremony. You get a very comfortable Yukata and are on the way to a day full of free onsens and shopping. Take my advice and stay for 2 nights if you really need a relax state of mind :)

Location is great. Staff was fantastic, most spoke enough English to make it easy for many visitors. There are some private baths in the inn that are great, but you also get a pass that allows you to visit other places' public baths. Would recommend the dinner option if you want something like a kaiseki

The host was amazing, a shining example of Japanese hospitality. The location was excellent, centrally positioned between all the baths. The prepared dinner and breakfast were good, although I was lucky to have enough better elsewhere in Japan

Best hotel I have ever been in the world. Perfect japanese service and make sure to get the meals and experience the real traditionnal cuisine!!! One of the highlights during my 5 weeks vacations in Japan. I would definitely go back.

Location is convenient, around 5 mins walk from JR station. The hotel is clean and cozy. Though there are 7 public onsen in Kinosaki area, I highly recommend to try Morizuya's in-house Cave Onsen. The hotel manager is very helpful and friendly. He drove us to the train station on the day we left Kinosaki.
