Offers spacious rooms with great access to night life and Shinjuku station. McDonald's across the street for timid eaters. Views of Godzilla at hotel Gracery and Tokyo skylines. Welcoming staff with multi-lingual conceierge. Most room spacious for a reasonable price, we came with a group that all stayed separately and my wife and I were the only ones that felt we had plenty of space in the room with a queen size bed. Could not recommend a better place to stay in Shinjuku.

They have many room types. Location is very convenient to access to shopping places, restaurants, Railway Station and Bus terminal in front of Minami (South) Exit.

Nice hotel in a good convenient location. Not as new as some others but well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities are right across the street. Major train station (Shinjuku) a short walk away. There's a smaller train line running just right by the hotel as well. Good connections here to get around in Tokyo.

Great room in central location. We were on the 23rd floor and had a fantastic view of Shinjuku!

Don't be deceived by their "luxurious" look of their lobby and reception area. Their rooms and service are nothing as it seems.

When we first checked in, the room had a lingering odour and was extremely stuffy (the thermostat read 26°C). We tried to turn on the air conditioning with settings to 18°C, but there was no air coming out of the vents. We informed the front desk and their response was "they just turned on the system and it takes 15-25 minutes to activate". At least they had the courtesy to bring me fan for the time being. We left the hotel to proceed with our day that was planned. After 45 minutes of walking around, I made my way back for a quick pit stop. The room temperature only dropped to 25°C, I left hoping it'll continue to drop. After returning at night, the room was sitting at 23°C with bad body odour smell and still feeling stuffy. I called again to the front desk and their receptionist said their system was in "heat" mode so there is nothing they can do but offer me another fan.

Its a great location! Not too expensive and it has currency exchange machine on the B1 Floor. There's no pool or gym. Also rooms are tiny (welcome to Tokyo!) And there's no closet. But you do have great views of the city from the rooms!
