Nice hotel in quiet a good location. Very nice parks nearby. Good breakfast buffet, but no really classy.

Great hotel! The desk staff was curious and kind. The rooms clean and comfortable, and the mini bar was very reasonably priced. I didn't mind buying a bottle of water when the local 7/11 had closed. The breakfast offers some variety, and you can get some American style food. Location is great, with a few reastuants around the block, and having cabs waiting outside is very convenient.

The staff were wonderful, available to do what you needed done. Breakfast in cafe is good bargain unless you are a REALLY big eater. Since floors start at 14, your views of the area are fabulous. Very nice area on 14th floor to relax, have a cup of good coffee (or tea if that's your preference). Only downside is that its a little far south, but plenty of options for public transport if you want to go somewhere else to dine. BUT just a few blocks away you can find great, inexpensive restaurants for almost anything you want. Would I go back againprobably.

The staff were amazing! Mai speaks wonderful English was extremely helpful when the airline lost the luggage, and other staff were helpful as well. The rooms were adequate. Good lounge with coffee all day. Good location: close to a subway line and a metro line. Using Mita can get you straight to the airport for 540yen as opposed to 7600yen for a taxi

You have an excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and orderly. The 14th-floor lounge is very nice.

What was missing is room service that serves breakfast and late-night snacks. Time should also be extended. I would also cut the price of the mini bar prices 50% or to a more normal price.

Still, these are minor points.

I will stay at your hotel again and I will surely recommend it to my friends. Well, I already have recommended your hotel.

Nice Hotel. Nothing to complain. Restaurants and small shops within walking distance. Also 2 Metro stations nearby. Very Good Breakfast (for Asian standards).

Good Hotel in a good area of Tokyo. The staff is flawless and very friendly. It has great views over the city. Breakfast is great with a selection of Japanese and European Style food.

Very nice, quiet and comfortable hotel! Well communicated too.
It was a pleasure to stay there. The rooms are quite large and there is a very nice garden on the 14th floor. I´ll definitely go back there if I travel to Tokyo again.
