Overall the hotel is nice and clean, and conveniently located near the bay and local China town. Pros: good position, it has a map for runners (if you are, then you appreciate it!), nice staff, rooms are large by Japanese standards. Cons: internet connection is pretty bad, with computer disconnecting many times (problem was on many laptops, so not a laptop issue), restaurant is so and so, safe in the room is really too small (definitely too small for a laptop). It has a swimming pool, but only for summer (and I visited in winter).
Great service from staff. Great location, right in front of a train station at the edge of China Town. Rooms are a bit old, but clean and spacious.
Great venue, outstandingly friendly owner, decoration according to Chinese taste
Were there at the chinese restaurant with the family for lunch. In overall, good experience. Fast service, however, not cheap at all. Portions aren't very big. Pleasant and cool atmosphere.
Large rooms and very friendly staff. A little older hotel interior and rooms could pick up some noise from the hallway. Overall a very nice hotel and close to the action in Chinatown.
Absolutely loved this hotel. Great staff! Very convenient to the Minato-mirai subway line. Fun being right in the heart of Chinatown.
Good value. Good location in Chinatown.
Very mediocre hotel that's overpriced! I get it, it's in Yokohama, but it's $180/night and my room was NOT cozy, matress was very uncomfortable and old, the room didn't smell but looked dark and after 10 am, it got hot and I had to get out. Yes the heater was off but the hotel faces South and it gets hot even in the Winter. I would give 2.5 stars at best.
Breakfast expensive but ok. Roomservice wants to get in the room every 3rd daythat's quite annoying!
Also, balconies are locked by chainsannoying too! Tv only Japan, no English ChannelsLocation is ok but nothing special
I stayed here on business and had a delightful time! The staff was very polite. Everything was very clean. And breakfast was *excellent*! Easily the best hotel breakfast I've had as a professional. The breakfast is served buffet style in the hotel's ground-floor French restaurant. Try the croissants!
