Rooms are small Just ok Nearby area is good Closer to Yokohama station Direct Bus service from Haneda airport to Hotel..

Location is very accessible by public transport. Room is small but there's sufficient space. Windows will creak in strong winds, which the hotel highlighted that it's safe

Great, central location in yokohama, with a connection to a mall, but there's a lack of amenities and just a general feeling that this isn't a hotel intended for international travelers.

Easy walking access to Shin-Yokohama station. Lobby and nearby area is nice. Rooms are small. Good eating options nearby. Internet speed pretty good.

Very clean good hotel , the biggest surprise no water provided , for the tv channel you got to purchase a 1000yen card in which out of 5 3 are adult movie channels ,1 English Chanel , 1 Japanese .. Overall it's just a business hotel

The hotel staff was helpful and the room was very nice despite being a little small. The view from the 31st floor was amazing. The gym cost ¥1080 but there was no mention of a fee on the website.

Staff is friendly. Very close and convenient to the train station and a wide variety of places to eat. The rooms are small and include small amenity kits. There is a 7-11 near the elevators, a grocery store, shopping, and dining in the hotel as well.

Latin is great and you can get to it easily from haneda airport using the limo buses. The staff are friendly and very polite and helpful. The room I have is small and a bit dated but it's clean and everything works as it should.

Long line to check in but the hotel staff was able to expedite our check in so we skipped the line! Great central location and plenty of food options around!
