  Location is excellent. Hotel is very run down and in need of a makeover.
  Our room was cleaned the first day but the other days a bag was left at the door with towels in it.

  Great location, friendly staff. Hotel felt a bit old. One of the elevators smells really bad. Breakfast wasn't great. Limited choices and felt a bit cheap. Room was ok size, bed nice and large though.

  The double king room was brilliant and well worth the money. Lots of space and a good size bathroom. Comfy bed and aircon system. Hairdryer in the room and lots of plug sockets (most hotel rooms only have one socket). Breakfast was OK with Japanese food and some western options!

  Room was nice, the beds were nice and comfortable and so was the bathroom. The room was a good size as well and the food they provided the next morning was good. Ice, fridge, and TV provided. Nice AC as well.

  Good place to stay, right behind the small streets plenty of pubs and restaurants. Rooms are really large and comfortable. WARNING: there is no Spa in the western meaning of the word (Sauna + turkish bath etc) but just a swimming pool (you have to pay for it) and a massage lodge.

  Located in a very convenient spot near Minatomirai station! The hotel itself was pretty old but the room was big and nice. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Sadly no view of the bay as advertised

  nice hotel but some rooms we slept smell armpit odor Indo jin . They have a foreign Indo bed making left the smell in the room. I ask the front desk if they have a spray to minimize the bad smell in the room, the front staff told me that they have every each room. But they dont apologize.
