なぎビーフの熟成肉はかめばかむほど。肉の旨味は脂身では無いですね。スタッフの対応も素敵なお店です。

Everything very fresh from local suppliers! Meat wonderful taste and very tender. Also salad, mushrooms and ratatouille simple and tasty.
Draft local lager beer, best so far in Japan.
Most adorable service, trying to help us understand what to order.

お肉最高❗噛めば噛むほどに旨さが滲みでてくる。
千屋牛とは一違う肉汁の甘さを感じた。
