Absolutely awful from start to finish. On arrival I was greeted by pleasant staff who were able to quickly direct me to my room. The rooms do not look like the pictures, and they are as small as a cruise ship. The second I walked into my room I was hit with the smell of urine. Turns out it's the "deodorizer" they use. The lights only work when the key card is inserted into the wall socket, but they only give you one key card. Fridge was broken in our room, AC made noises, no draws for storage, and just a horrible layout that makes it nearly impossible to navigate the room without stubbing a toe. The shower was completely unpredictable, you wouldn't even touch the controls and it was go to the 7th ring of hell hot, or attic circle cold. Also the tub leaked so the floor was always wet. One day we needed to do laundry. Cost me $12 for two loads and they were still wet! 2.5 hours in the dryer and they came out wet! Finally took them back to our room and hung everything out to dry all over the room. Fun note, this is an outdoor facility. It rained real hard one night and the hallway flooded. Rain was pouring in from either end of the hall and down the stairs. Last point, the bus to Disney runs 3 times in the morning, 3 times in the evening. If you wanna be early for park open or stay late, forget it. Use the trains.

We stayed at 2017/06/22 for one night. This is the worst series hotel I stayed in Japan. If you think the hotel in Japan is all clean and neat, this one is definitely not! We booked three rooms. And the one my daughter and I stayed for smelled so bad!! And the hygiene isn't good either. My daughter got bite everywhere on her. The worst experience too. This hotel do the business with China travel group and make this hotel's level go down.

Cleanliness is acceptable. Shuttle to Disney is slow and only at three specified times. The good thing is that it will drop you close to either park Gates or the train station. Pick up to go back to the hotel is a different story. It does not pick up from the parks. It will only pick up from the Maihama train station which is quite a walk especially from Disney Sea.

Nice rooms and nice breakfast, but if you can't afford taxi's or don't have a car, tough luck, the closest bus stop is a 6 min walk and the closest train station is 16 min away. There are no restaurants or convenience store close by. It is not even close to Disneyland.

A good option for everybody who wants to visit Disneyland/Disneysea as they offer shuttle busses for free in the morning. The room was fine, the only thing worth nothing was that I thought the bathroom was a little too small. Then again, I wasn't expecting much and we only needed a place to stay for Disneysea.

Free shuttle service and lots of amenities, but a little far from closest train station and Disney resort. Pillows are very hard.

Very basic hotel I guess more suited for business maybe but also works as a platform for accessing Tokyo disneyland as it has a shuttle bus free of charge that departures in the morning time.
