Fantastic place. Small room but great location and value.
Nice place to live.. best for short business travellers.. polite and helpful staff
It has a free Wi-Fi system. We could eat dinner by Viking Course but it was little bit expensive
The breakfast was great, the service was great, free fruit was provided in the room as well. Overall great stay.
In A Nutshell:
-How did I end up all the way in Chiba @ Hotel Franc?
-I underbooked during one of my trips to Tokyo & the only hotel that wasn't sold out or super-expensive was in neighboring Chiba.
-This hotel is in a good location: located along the Keiyo Line, a few JR stops to Walt Disney World, a block from shopping at the Mitsui Outlet Park and the Chiba Lotte Marine baseball stadium.
-You can order a masseuse to come to your from their information booklet in your room too.
-There are tons of restaurants around the hotel, but be a little adventurous and wander into town you never know who will run into (I ran into the dude who the "Fast and the Furious" used as their consultant in their Tokyo Drift movie - a great night out drinking, eating ramen and getting a ride home in a Tokyo Drift!)
Overall, it's a clean hotel w/ some great views of Tokyo Bay.
Top-notch service, beautiful decor
The staff are so kind and friendly, plus the breakfast is amazing!
Really nice service. Location is great and near the waterside. Easy walk from train station. They even gave us a room upgrade!
Good internet. Reliable laundry. Very nice staff. But I have to take 2 stars off for the fact that they haven't varied the breakfast menu in at least a decade, as I've experienced it.
