Lovely breakfast, convenient location for Disneyland. You can see fireworks from the upper floors.

Bathroom is a bit cramped.

Location abt 10 to 15 min walk from Disneysea. They have direct bus from the hotel to disneyland n disneysea. A concurrence store is abt 5 to 10 min walk away. Room size is pretty decent, with a leg massager in the room. Also have a small bathtub in the toilet. Staff are friendly. Most impt info have English translation. However the breakfast is not really worth the money.

This is one of a affordable hotel given it close location to both Disneyland resort. The Disney sea is the closest and is easily accesible just by walking.
The hotel has a blue signboard on the roof so it is easily to be seen. You can also take a shuttle bus from Maihama station. Use the North exit, turn right and look for a stainless steel monument clock. There is a signage for bus waiting or you will see a line waiting. Timing ask the hotel before leaving your airport.
The hotel is in industrial area. There is only one convenience shop called "Family Mart". Exit main entrance, turn right then walk straight ard 10 minutes walk. Non smoking rooms and if there is a need to smoke you have to go to first floor and smoke around the carpark.
The room has shampoo, conditioner , body soap and hand soap. They have a mini fridge, Air cleaner with humidifer( you need tontop up the water yourself) and a water kettle. Other toilet stuff there is a drawer next to the reception to collect. Take those you need. There is no tourist map here. There is breakfast buffet and you will get discounted price if you confirm your breakfast 1 days in advance. No food shop around when we visited. If you want food you have to call for pizza and get it delivered to your room.The highest floor is 7. No cooking allowed. Smoke detector in the room. The room window can be opened to limited degree for ventilation. We have a good sleep because the pillow is a contour pillow so neck is supported while sleeping.
Housekeep is great and clean. There is free coffee and ice machine on the first floor. Vending machine sells beer and canned drink and is certainly cheaper than the one in Disney resort. Shuttle bus leaves hotel very punctual. Dun be late. Staff are friendly.

Friendly staff! Breakfast was cheerful and quaint. Room had a good amount of space to walk around and decompress after a long day. Walking distance to Disneysea and the shopping center. Will come back again!

This place is the nearest budget hotel to Tokyo Disney Resort. There is a free shuttle bus service between the place. If you are visiting TDR on a budget, this place is the best choice.

The hotel room was not big, but it has everything you need. Mini fridge, humidifier, even a nice Casio clock. Not too much to choose for TV channels, especially with English speaking channels. My room was with 2 beds, each bed has 2 pillows you can choose, one foam and one feather, the sleeping quality is quite nice.

The nearest convenient store is about 10 min walk. Disney sea was about 7 min and Disneyland would take about 15 to 20 min. Suggest walk to Disney sea and take the shuttle (free) to Disneyland.
