The place is nice with a good location to the train station JR line and monorail, quite easy to go for Messe Makuhari exhibition. Breakfast is mix of Japanese and Western food, a/b switch of food. Family Mart nearby.

The hotel and the foods are great. But there are few things that I 've noticed, that is why I only gave 3 stars .
For the hotel itself, I will rate it 4 stars .
I hope the cleaning department or housekeeping should check the rooms and bathrooms very well. We found hair strands and molds on the sink , floors and tub from the time we checked in. Dusts on all tables .
Morning buffet was very good but I was'nt able to eat much because people kept on staring at you, on the foods that you take ,passed by your table and bumped you without saying excuse me or sorry , etc. Well, that isn't the hotel's problem anyway but the person itself and staffs that doesn't know how to be friendly and nice. I haven't experienced that in Tokyo area.
Our dinner at the Japanese cuisine restaurant Shiosai was excellent . Again the problem was the dusts that you can see hanging on walls. Can you imagine , that dust will go to the foods we're taking?response / report this review -

Loved it! It was our first hotel in Japan, they don't speak very much English but check in and out check out were very simple and everything was labeled. We were there for 9 days and they cleaned our room everyday. The restaurant in the building is a cool authentic Japanese experience. Air conditioned room - small by American standards but actually a very nice size. Close to a 7/11 both train stations and great food. Kind staff.

Efficient! Japanese Restaurant (ground floor) has a lot to offer, beef its the sesame sauce is a must to try !

立地はまずまず。都内からわざわざは来ることもないが、千葉県に住んであるなら利用価値はある。建物もきれいで、価格相応のサービスが受けられました。

平日ランチバイキングに利用しました。1600円位で安いです。65歳以上の方は更に安い。地産地消でどれも美味しかったです。
