Nice hotel. We always choose to stay at garden wing building as we can open the window and enjoy the nature
There are good restaurants here and buffer lunch and dinner at Patio are great with very cheap price
Shuttle bus to/ from airport and to/ from Aeon mall and Narita station are available, very convenience

Best Airport hotel in NRT. Big roomscleanvery friendly, helpful and wonderful staff. Fridge, hot water pot, (small) flat screen HDTV + free WI-FI and airport shuttle bus and a convenience store in the lobby make for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Although did not partakethere are multiple (3-4?) restaurants and a natural mineral hot spring on the premises (not free).

I loved this hotel, the room was perfect and vintage, the staff was easily available, very kind and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and full of helpful features such as internet point, printer, convenient store, restaurants, massages and onsen. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport that stops at every gate.

4 stars for the room at the new bldg & the transportation between the airport and the city station is comfortable. 1 star lack because of the room at another wing is too old and can be more clean.

Prompt service. Interesting automatic old fashioned keys. Very good service and adequate breakfast. The free shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient as well.

Very dated and restaurants are poor. Hot spring not worth choosing this hotel. Free shuttle service is a bonus. For same price stay at ANA Crown.

The buffet is nice but can be very heavy. Take care not to overdue it on the curry or stew!

Had the Deluxe Single room (non-smoking). It was very spacious and clean, you could find toothbrush, razor, shower cap, comb, hair elastic I went to one of the restaurants on the first floor and it was fantastic! The breakfast was also delicious, so highly recommend this hotel if you need to catch a flight the next day like I did and make use of the free shuttle bus service!
