Nice enough hotel. Very convenient to the airport, however he rooms are small and dated. It has shuttles into town to get away and there are a few decent places to walk and get some fresh air.

Good airport hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Found my travel wallet I negligently left by the computers and also helped me when I'd got into the airport shuttle and remembered I'd left my tablet in my room!

Good Hotel with free transportation to and from the airport at regular intervals if you are in town for 2 days or a quick layover it works. They also have regular shuttle buses to Narita station as well. You can take the shuttle to Narita station after 5:00pm to grab a bite to eat in town or if it is in the afternoon, I suggest going to the airport. One other item is that if you are a Hilton member; It is better to book with Hilton direct since the difference in price from discount travel sites will add up to the same if you include wifi, late checkout etc

The Hilton Tokyo Narita is convenient to the airport but is 1.5 hours from Tokyo itself. You will have to take the airport shuttle and then find transportation to the city. The hotel itself is nice and modern and offers many dining options. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of cuisines but the staff seem overwhelmed and items run out and very slowly replaced. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a great forrest view from my room. Overall I enjoyed my stay but would've preferred an option closer to the city.

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly pleasant staff. I enjoy my layovers here. Free shuttle that takes you straight to the airport as well as the bus station and mall.

Gorgeous view in court yard, delicious breakfast buffet (extra charge) with omelette station, western options, Japanese options and Chinese options. Free shuttle to airport. The staff was very friendly but the concierge went above and beyond in helpfulness. Subtracting one star for poor lay out of room since there weren't any power sockets near the bed. Also, the other four hotels we stayed at provided free water bottles and this one charged ¥300!

Nice clean hotel. Met my expectations for a Hilton. Free shuttle to the airport every 30mins. Had food in the bar and it was reasonably priced and good quality. Breakfast in the morning was ok, good variety of food, just a bit chaotic with quite a few dirty plates around.
