The owners of this small minshuku couldn't have been more welcoming. From the very first moment we walked in they were all smiles. The rooms are huge, as are the delicious home-cooked breakfasts (definitely go for Japanese!). It's a pleasant 40-min stroll into Shimoda centre and only 5 minutes away from a small and sheltered sandy beach. What's not to love????
