Right now is 4am, I am staying right now and can sleep at all becuz they are using central heating system and the switch for air condition can only allow you turn on / off without adjust the temperature. Called the front desk, their words of wisdom is "open the window" wow I never thought about this. The temperature outside is 12degree and it is very noisy after open the window.

    (Advice for smokers)
Saw a map when check-in which advice guests to walk 3mins away for smoke very thoughtful .

Perfect stay for a short stay in Tokio. Train station Kanda is close by and rooms are perfectly equipped. It's not too noisy and rooms are very clean. If you love a good breakfast it might be the wrong hotel for you, because it's consists only of some juice, small buns, croissants with only strawberry jam, coleslaw salad and some rice pockets. Coffee is okay. All in all I definitely would recommend this hotel if you are not staying for longer than a few days in Tokio and your daily satisfaction does not depend on a good breakfast.
