average customer service, housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired I do not recommend this hotel.
with a baby there is a piece of hard plastic in the room that our baby could have swallowed and hurt himself. does the staff just offer a check-in at 1:30 p.m. instead of 12:00 p.m. that she considers for clients?

The Hilton Tokyo Odaiba Club staff at the hotel is warm, courteous, and always helpful. The food and drinks provided throughout the day in the club lounge were plentiful and delicious. The room was also very clean and spacious.

Absolutely incredible views of the city. Staff is very friendly. One of my favorite Hilton properties. The executive lounge is 2nd to none. Can't wait to return on my next business trip.

Seascape restaurant review. I really enjoyed my experience at Seascape when I went for a dessert buffet. Despite what the name implies, the dessert buffet also provides some hot food so if you skipped your lunch the Seascape has you covered. There is a big selection of desserts for you to choose from and they are all very photogenic, actually, you'll find yourself waiting for the people in front of you to finish taking photos before you can actually take any desserts. They taste as good as they look, although they are mostly very rich and you may not be able to eat much as you might initially think. You have the option of booking 45 minutes or 90 minutes, I would go for the latter otherwise it's a bit of a rush trying to eat your fill before your time runs out. Anyway, I great experience, highly recommended.

This hotel made me really happy maybe because I flew into Tokyo with no plan and I was just happy to have a nice big room with a lovely view to unwind. My bags were whisked away as soon as I stepped off the transfer bus from the airport. Check-in was easy. All the staff was pleasant. I was starving because I hadn’t eaten anything and thankfully this hotel had 2 big malls within walking distance with plenty of food options. The location was cute it was in the Odaiba area near rainbow bridge and the harbor. There was also the only outlet mall in Tokyo Pallet Town a short walk away. It had a cute ferris wheel and a rainbow walk way. The room was nice and clean and spacious. The metro was right outside the hotel front door so even though it is further out from Tokyo central you can get everywhere easily. This was a private metro line that you could take into town and purchase Tokyo metro line day passes to move around. I would have stayed here all 6 nights in Tokyo if it didn’t come with a $200+ price tag per night.

The hotel located next to a shopping mall but bit far from Tokyo sites as you have to take the train. Rooms are good and breakfast option is fine. Its a good spot if you like to be away from city noise.

Great hotel, amazing staff and large comfortable rooms. The pool however is not free and at 3000 yen a day per person is a little expensive. The gym is also very much a token effort. Breakfast was good but could have been better and the fact one had to queue for some time to be seated was not in line with what I expect from Hilton. The view from many of the rooms, the restaurant and the spa of the harbour, Odaiba and the rainbow bridge is unbeatable.

Very nice! The lights were kind of weird to figure out, but okay once we did. I walked in with crutches (due to broken foot) and they were very quick to get me a wheelchair! Such good quick service!! Also the front desk knew very good english :)

Nice looking hotel with clean rooms. Great views of Tokyo from the room. Not far from shopping and the train system making it easy to get around. Would recommend staying here.

Panoramic view of the Tokyo River, the Rainbow Bridge and the statue of Liberty!! Easy access to Aqua City, Diver City, Decks Tokyo Beach and Venus Port. Rooms are just perfect with terrace. Beds are comfy, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Easy access to train station, restaurants, shopping, sight seeing and only a few minutes to Disneyland and Disney Sea.

Great location in the heart of Tokyo harbor. Elevated yrain system drops you at front door and easy walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Rooms are top notch and staff is super attentive. Morning breakfast buffet is outstanding!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had! The hotel staff is amazing, the building is amazing, and our room was amazing! Room service tasted fantastic! My date had flounder and I had chicken cutlet, they both tasted like we should have paid double. The breakfast is just superb, with stunning views of the city. The staff's English is great and they are so accommodating. Why can't every hotel be like this?! This is now my favorite hotel, worldwide.

Out of all the Hiltons that my wife and I have travelled to Odaiba has been one of the best! The service from the front desk to the restaurants was almost too good to be true. The convenience of the train that drops you off right at the doorstep was most appreciated, and the stunning views of the rainbow bridge with the Statue of Liberty after dark was amazing!
The myriad of department stores and shops will accommodate any style of dress, and the restaurants will satisfy any cravings ranging from Japanese to.insert anything else. Have fun and enjoy this beautiful location!
