Large rooms and great service makes this a great hotel!
The rooms and the bathroom were ok. The bathroom looked a bit dated but everything worked well. The breakfast was pretty good. WiFi was free but sometimes we had to reconnect.
Very nice and luxury hotel if you are willing to pay a bit more, staff is very helpful.
Dropped by to visit a friend and the staff were very friendly and gracious even for such a short time.
Best hotel experience in Japan for us! Service was exceptional, the concierge deserving special mention. We had a fantastic time, the rooms were great but really, it was all about the service.
Conveniently located hotel within walking distance to many of the tourist sights such as the Kenrokuen Garden (7 mins), Kanazawa Castle Park (15 mins), Nagamachi District and the Nomura Samurai House (10 mins), and 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art.
Plenty of shopping and restaurant/bars just across the street so rarely needed to catch a taxi while we stayed here (other than the ride from/to Kanazawa Station).
Rooms include basic amenities and just large enough for 2 adults per room with two carry on suitcases.
Went there for lunch with friends. I have a dairy allergy and the chefs did a great job of providing a main course that was dairy free. The buffet bar had some nice sides, soups, salads and desserts. 1800 yen for a satisfying meal and would give 5 stars if there were a more options at the buffet.
