Just what I expected from APA budget hotels: good service, but tiny rooms

2nd time here. Very convenient location right next to the main station with both buses and trains across the city and the region. The hotel itself has the small rooms and tiny showers that's the norm of business hotels. The 2nd floor public bath is one of the better ones among the APA properties. And Lawson is just downstairs. The Kanazawa Station is full of food.

The location was very efficient, right outside the west gate of Kanazawa station. The room was small but serviceable, though the bed was a little hard for my taste. The room was clean and will kept.

Helpful staff, clean room and super close to the station. Made it perfect for exploring Kanazawa and for day trips around the area.

Location wise is perfect, close to station and the town center. It has a good public bath and room is also bigger compare to standard budget hotel in japan. Not sure if because we were lucky to get corner room. It's really good price.

A receptionist took my wife's passport to scan and accidentally folded the page with her picture on it. Management here gave us a hard time about paying us for the damage especially since the passport says it should not be folded. The room we got is the most cramped I've ever been to and not worth the price for the room. Not much walking space. They also crammed the shower room with the bathroom sink and toilet. Pillows were really hard as well. However, the baths in this hotel's spa are quite good especially the open-air personal bathsvery relaxing. Overall, this is a 2-star hotel.

This hotel is in a great convenient location right next to Kanazawa station. Public transportation leads to every part of the city from here. The hotel is clean and quiet despite being near the station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The best point though is the expansive hot springs on premise. Indoor bath, sauna, a large outdoor bath and rooftop tubs make for great relaxation.

The room and dinner are good. And I love the onsen, especially the one outside.

The single bed room is quite small compared to business hotels I've stayed in previously, but traveling isn't about staying in one's room for the whole trip. (But perhaps a single bed room would be uncomfortable for a larger or heavy-set person or someone with a lot of luggage). The bed was comfortable and the pillow was very fluffy.
There didn't appear to be a setting for making the room warmer on the air conditioning, but perhaps it changes by season.
The lobby is elegant, and there are restaurants and spas within the hotel building, as well as a Seattle's Best Coffee near the lobby.
There's also a cool security feature where you need to tap your room key on a panel in the elevator to access the guest room floors, and the same for accessing your room.
If you stay more than one night and don't request to have your sheets changed you'll receive a free bottle of water in your room each day, which is a nice touch as well.
It's also 1-2 minutes walking distance from the west entrance to the station, which is incredibly convenient, and there's also a taxi pool on your right-hand side as you come out of the hotel.
