Standard rooms w bed are quite small but layout is maximised w decent space. Yes there are rooms w tatami configuration that may be more spacious. What's excellent about this place is it's proximity to the beautiful Kanazawa station, Shinkansen n bus interchange and it's just in front of Forus shopping centre. It also has Onsen on the top floor and free plain ramen for supper ie 930pm onwards. Free Tv entertainment is limited to Japanese channels only. Staff are friendly!
The hotel is in a convenient location close to the train station. The staff is very efficient and the rooms are comfortable, but a little small. I could only get a smoking room, but the smoke odor was minimal. The breakfast buffet is good, with a decent selection of western and Japanese food. The onsen on the 14th floor is modern and clean.
My wife and I were here in July, 2016 with our rental car parked in a nearby car park. With the chain standard, we got what we paid for - the hot tubs and free night noodles. Paid extra, you will get a full Japanese breakfast that you can't get outside!
Nice hotel. Very close to the railway station which is very useful. Most of buses of Kanazawa are departing or arriving from station. Onsen was great and ice machines on 9th and 14th floor were appreciated. Breakfast was good with western style food. Air conditioning was way too cold though Freezing in the lobby and corridors. Use of sweater recommended even in summer.
Very english friendly hotel. Very clean and very nice. Would stay again if I ever made it out to kanazawa. Wish I could have bought the hotels robe shirt but they weren't for sale
Very conveniently located to the Kanazawa station, and thus easily accessible to most of Kanazawa via bus. Our room was a little small but fit two of us with our bags just barely. They have a free late-night noodle service that's quite unique that we haven't yet tried, and sauna and bathing options. The beds are okay; not the softest but not the hardest I've ever slept on. The rooms can get hot but I honestly can't say I understand how to run the air conditioning. The staff speaks English well and can help you if you don't speak Japanese.
Ramen service at night is very nice. Room was a little small, but pretty nice. Comfortable bed, except for the pillows.
The room itself is very small, but very clean and in an extremely convenient location to the station. It's a 14 story hotel with a hot spring and free laundry washing machines on the top floor. They provide you with free noodles after 9:30 PM in the lobby restaurant and overall have great services for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Rooms were small but adequate. Location was great - steps to Kanazawa station. Included late night ramen was very good. Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese and more western-style options.
Nice hotel near the train station. Free ramen from 9:30-11:00 was nice. Breakfast was also quite good (both Japanese and Western buffet). Room was small but nice (bed was not the most comfortable). Staff was very nice
