Room service was impeccable. The breakfast provided was excellent in both presentation and substance. The hotel also recommend, placed a reservation and arranged for a taxi ride to location for lunch that fit my requirements.

It's nice. The interior and outer design is excellently done. And the service there is also very nice. It's also pretty well-known, so you can definately find it on a city map. That makes maneuvering through the streets to your destination easier for you.

Situated in a prime location, with exquisite views. The rooms are spacious and modern, the dining options are great, and the staff are supremely helpful and attentive.

Very clean hotel. All the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. Some very slight mould problem in the bathroom, but only very minor. The only issue with the hotel is that to use the facilities, you need pay extra. Overall, we will definitely return.

Very nice hotel, clean and rooms are really spacious. Close walk to China town (about 10 mins). The is also a free hotel shuttle bus to train stations.

Room was very nice, larger than expected and had a great view of the harbour. Staff were very friendly and could speak English. Well situated in Kobe as it is easy to travel to nearby shops by walking or taking public transport. Overall, a very pleasant overnight stay.

Hotel is aesthetically very nice and location is good. Being charged to use the pool and sauna is a bit dodgy though. The bed is quite hard and not as comfortable as I would have hoped. The view is very good from the room.
