WORST hotel we stayed at in Osaka we booked 5 rooms for 4 nights & their room rates were same as others but had the services which I will share now:
(1) linens will only be changed once (2) cleaning of room & bathroom will not be done daily but only once (3) towels will be replaced if we bring soiled/used ones to the front desk (4) bedroom/bathroom trash we have to dispose of ourselves (5) curtains in bedroom was so dirty & damaged (6) no complimentary bottled water nor coffee (7) complimentary toiletries you have to get yourself from the lobby (8) no bellboys to help carry luggage from arrival to the 1st floor where the elevator is located so you have to climb several steps (9) bedroom was too dark (10) busted bulbs in bedroom (11) we asked for an extra blanket & sheets they said they don’t allow (12) lady front desk NOT Japanese in appearance was so rude & nasty. (13) rooms are too small (14) rooms are not maintained & cleaned well (15) room doesn’t smell fresh clean (16) windows were dirty & paints are peeling off.
Also for their rates we decided to move to another hotel with a difference of ¥7th from their 12sqm room to a 19 & 27sqm room wow.
There are other hotels near by with better service & maintenanceKarakza Hotel is one of course Nikko
Don’t even think of trying this hotel out

Would not stay here again. The location is central location close to a metro station, and the hotel is renovated. However it felt very disturbing at night. We stayed over a weekend - the first night there was a large drinking party in the room next to us; happy man were yelling well into the wee hours. The second night there was what sounded like a sex orgy somewhere on the floor above.

Very good location 5 mins walk from Dotonbori, very friendly and helpful staff, room is very clean and tidy, size is decent with excellent amenities, highly recommend 😀

Good location and plenty of shops around. Stayed in the Twins room space is reasonable. Room is clean. There are steps to the elevator, so guests have to lift their luggages, so a bit of inconvenient. Staffs are friendly. Laundry facilities - new washing /dryer machine from ¥300-500.

Apart from being difficult to find, this was a lovely hotel to stay in. Located within walking distance of Dotonbori street which was the main selling point. Clean, comfortable room with a spacious (by Japanese standards) bathroom. Staff were polite, and the hotel was overall very stylishly decorated.

Great stays in Osaka! Hotel in a perfect position in the America Mura district.
3 min walking to the Shinsaibashi metro station.
A little bit expensive but rooms are large same as European standards, with private restrooms.
No restaurant in the hotel, but there is one in the same building which serve Japanese breakfast only. But no problem there are a lot of solution in range!response / report this review
