This is a lovely hotel with both rooms and villas. The rooms are comfortable, clean, luxurious in a very low-key cozy way. It's so clean that I have no idea how they can maintain it that way. Really amazing. The owner (a couple) are super friendly and welcoming. We felt like important guests but without being intruded. The hospitality was just right. The Hida beef was a highlight of the stay. So tender and tasty! The dinner was prepared with so much heart. The waitress was funny, friendly and attentive too. Such an amazing, well-run hotel and I must come back to see the owners and experience it once again! A "Highly Recommended" rating from me!!!

The owner very helpful which we left something in our room, he found it quickly, unfortunately he does' have our mobile, he drive through the nearby sightseeing car park for over 30mins, finally we came back, we felt thankful which I can't type in word

牧歌の里やコキアパーク、コンビニやスーパーマーケットが近くにありとても良かったです。部屋もファミリー向けの部屋だったので内装もすごく素敵でした。ただ隣の部屋と繋ぎなので音は響きました。 マイナス部分は温泉が近くにあるところは20時にしまってしまうためゆっくり夕食もとれず、車で15分の温泉まで行くのに灯りのない山道を走るのにすごく大変でした。

When planning this vacation, we were looking for a facility that was cozy, homely and central. We weren't disappointed with our stay at the 'Holiday House Green Garden'. From the very moment we arrived at the check-in we were greeted by staff that were friendly, helpful. Our villa was perfect - cozy, well appointed, tidy, and perfect all-round.
On our first night we decided to have a barbecue on the balcony, a perfect location, to cap-off a brilliant day. Breakfast was delivered to our villa and, like the evening before, we enjoyed on the balcony. Perfect.
The staff weren't short of help with ideas for us, for what to do in the area, and we chose a nice 7.5km stroll through the surrounding area.
We could have had dinner delivered to our villa, but we chose something from the nearby supermarket.
Checking-out is always a sad moment, especially when you have had a great two days in this perfect facility. We are already planning our return.response / report this review -
