夫婦旅行で宿泊しました。
部屋にはこたつもあり２人でまったりゆっくり過ごせました。（「ちょっと高いじゃん」と旦那には言われましたが…）
事前にお酒が苦手だと伝えたら、食前酒としてぶどうジュースを出してくれ心地よく夕食に入ることができました。
夕食の際、お品書きを見たら旦那の苦手な柿があり苦手だと伝えたら、どれに柿が使われているか教えてくださり、私の方に旦那の分を加えてくれたりしてくれました。
一つ一つを出したらきりがないですが、私としてはサービスも食事も値段も相応だと感じています。
絶対にまた機会があれば泊まりたいと思える旅館です。response / report this review -

Stayed here back in 2005 and it was one of the best places that I stayed that trip and still one of the most memorable places I've stayed in Japan to date. The room was in the newer section of the ryokan was spacious and had a nice view of the river and temple opposite. The food was also really good, with some regional specialities.

建物の重厚感と暖かみが両方ある素敵な旅館でした。
お食事は鮎の塩焼きが素敵に飾られていたのに感動。(写真を載せてらっしゃる方のとおり)
またそれほど広い露天風呂ではありませんが樽酒から日本酒を頂きながら入ることが出来ました。
