Service is Excellent. The rooms and hallways are impeccably clean. The views are amazing. You can see what feels like to view the entire city(seemingly) from both room 1517 and room 1819 the whole city scape lies before you. The staff speak better English than I do and I am from Minnesota. The beds are comfortable and have 4 pillows each. There is a large t.v. a massage parlor and several restaurants. The refrigerator holds a few types of beer,shochu and water. A convenience store is quite literally 3 minutes away. Fantastic location for nightlife and not too far from Okayama castle. If there was a 6 star option they would have it.

Although service from the staff had been great, lobby, hallways and rooms are rife with cigarette and cigar smells.

A hotel in front of Okayama station. Direct access from the station through pedestrian deck. And Aeon mall Okayama is next to the hotel. Very useful location.

Location is awesome. 3 minutes walk from JR Okayama station because the hotel is under JR West company. Absolutely great for visitors for business or leisure. Only disappointment to me is that they change for swimming pool use and the hours is not convenient.

Pretty luxurious hotel, with great rooms. Internet worked fine there for me, which was a nice plus.
