岡山駅から市役所筋の通りを南方向に、徒歩で約7分程度に位置しています。
建物の防音対策が不十分なため、隣の部屋からの話し声などが聞こえるのが少し気になりました。窓の結露が酷いせいか、窓廻りの結露に注意！と張り紙が有りました。
室内の清掃は、綺麗に十分に行き届いていたかと思います。
ホテルの向かい側にはイオンモール岡山があります。近隣にはコンビニが無いためちょっとした買い物にはとても助かりました。

Good location. Rooms were compact. All necessary facilities were there. However, the building is quite aged. There is also a requirement to leave door keys at reception when leaving hotel.

AEON MALL就在對面，地理位置超好，房價亦合理。房間小是意料之內，惟房間確實有點陳舊。

駅からとても近く、利便性の高いホテルです。ただ、客室は狭く、清潔ではありますが傷や剥がれなどの古さが目立ちます。フロアは10階まであり、各フロアの客室も10室程度ですが、エレベーターが1基しか無くこれまた狭いため、客室までの昇降にフラストレーションを感じるかもしれません。壁が薄いため、エレベーターに近い部屋に宿泊している場合、エレベーターの駆動音が煩わしく思う可能性があります。
ただし、他のホテルと比較して安めの価格で利用できます。フロントの接客にも、不満を感じる点はありません。寝泊りの場所として、日中や夜間は岡山の市街を楽しむ拠点としてのホテルとして利用するといいかもしれません。

This hotel is very convenient hotel because of being located near Okayama station. Although the rooms are clean, they are narrow, and have oldness such as scratches and peelings. To make matters worse, the hotel has only one elevator. You may get irritated because the elevator does not come fast. If you'll stay in the room near the elevator, You may be bothered by the driving sound of the elevator because the wall of each room is thin.
Nevertheless, It is attractive to be able to stay at low price compared to other hotels. The responses of Receptionists are good. It is good to use it as one of the base of Okayama sightseeing.

駅から近くて助かりました。
部屋はいたってシンプルです。ユニットバスはやや狭めの印象でした。
目の前にイオンモールがあるので、買い出しには困らないと思います。
