Value for money - this hotel is very very close to Nohi Bus Centre
Good clean hotel for reasonable price. JR ststion and Nohi Bus station just across the street
Literally across the station and in the centre of the city so that was definitely a plus. Small room but that's just the way things are in Japan. Friendly staff.
Located within close proximity of the station, it provides sufficiently spaced rooms with standard amenities. Walking distance away from old town and other tourist hotspots.
small room but nice for a one day stay. directly at the trainstation. (only small noise because of good isolation)
+ It's super convenient: it's right in front of JR station and bus terminal. There's a family mart downstairs which is helpful especially when you're hungry at night in a small town like takayama
- Hotel is old and not very clean (carpet was dusty and we found specks of cigarette ash on the bed) Room was small, like most hotels in Japan.
nice staff. excellent location, literally in front of bus terminal and train station. no microwave inside the room, just at the lobby(which is on the 2F of bldg). also kinda weird that you need to leave the key at the lobby when you will go out. 1 free bottle of water when you answer the survey (yay for a traveller). family mart is just downstairs. you can leave luggages at the reception.
I love the location of this hotel, I can even see the hotel before I come out of Takayama JR train station.
You need to go to 2nd floor for check in.
The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful to store my luggage, the room was comfortable, they even have a laundrette on the same floor with toilet and seating.
Small rooms. Clean hotel. Nice staff. Great location. Near the bus and train station. Supermarket just down the street.
Convenient location, next to Takayama station. Takayama old town can be reached easily on foot. Convenience store just downstairs.
Breakfast is great. Loved the buffet. Also, the staff are very friendly. Can definitely recommend this hotel. Good value for money.
What I find a bit odd is that you have to go one level up to get into the reception area.
