  Did not manage to visit the distilling process, as it needs prior reservation. Only visited the reception hall with decent display of different sake and history of the distillery. Very generous free tasting of sake if buying sake.

  高山市内の観光化された酒蔵とは違い落ち着いた蔵です。とは言え、君の名はブームにもちゃんとあやかった酒を出したりと頑張ってます。

  My student went there and bought lots of Sake but the young guy (staff) ignored her and focused on the younger cuter couples who weren't even buying anything.
  She wont be returning to this store.

  有提供暢銷蓬萊清酒免費試飲 雖然只是一小杯 卻可以感受到店方的誠懇 而且態度好又不硬銷 這裡的酒類有分大、中、小瓶 最小的300ml 是冷藏的 方便即買即飲 店裡有聘請外國人 有需要可以找他幫忙解釋各類酒品的特色 方便比較

  「君の名は」で注目度が上がっている飛騨市古川町の地酒 蓬莱蔵元の渡辺酒造店です。蔵の裏を流れる瀬戸川と白壁土蔵とコイの景色は最高です。
  飛騨のにごり酒なら「飛騨のどぶ」が美味しいですよ。甘酒や日本酒の試飲ができます。

  「蓬莱」純米吟醸 香りがフルーティーでとんがってない。ほのかな甘み。
  高山のタクシー運転手があげていたお酒の一つ。
