  プレジデンシャルスイートに泊まった。部屋付きの露天風呂は気持ちが良いけど床の一部が腐蝕してるし湯が流れ落ちる浴槽の外側には緑色のコケが厚さ1㎝程びっしり張り付いてる半径50㎝源泉掛け流しだからしょうがないのか？食事は牛肉と豚肉のしゃぶしゃぶが美味しかったけど、天ぷらは冷たくてエリンギは苦くて食べれない。揚げ方もカラッとしてなかった。従業員の接客は良かった。館内も綺麗ですよ！でも又、高額の宿泊代払っても泊まりたいかと聞かれたら行かない！

  Great hotel with a beautiful Suwa Lake view if you have that type of room. Service by the staff is excellent, but apparently no language skills. Reasonable price during off season, but expensive during peak summer season. Rooms are comfortable and roomy.

  Highly recommend staying at the rooms with private bathtubs - your own onsen at any time you'd like is fab and the rooms are very spacious, overlooking the lake in front.
  Food, both dinner and breakfast is traditional Japanese food of little plates which were really good.

  以前と比べてコスト削減のためか、サービスが全く違っていて騙された感じ。
  
  以前はあって今なくなったもの
  ー夕食後のデザートブッフェ
  ーチェックアウト後の手打ちそば無料サービス
  ー部屋に冷水ポット
  ー種類が多くて美味しい朝御飯
  ー日本語の通じるウエイター
  ーおもてなしの心
  
  普段使えないような金額を思い切ってしんゆに使うことを決め義理の両親を連れて行ったが、部屋が西日で暑く居られないほどなのに部屋の変更をしてくれず冷房も無く、扇風機を持って来ただけで全員汗びっしょりになり、暑いので温泉で温まる気持ちにもなれず本当iに不快だった。

  諏訪湖を一望できる部屋があり、快適です。温泉はかけ流しで好きな時間帯に入れました。食事も美味しかったです。
