JRの駅前通りにあります。
料理が評判通りにおいしかったです。大神神社挙式後の食事会で利用しました。里芋のグラタンや柿の胡桃白和えなど、秋の食材をふんだんに使った献立。イセエビや鮑などの高級食材を使った一品も最高に良かったです。畳にテーブルと椅子が用意され、長時間でもゆっくり寛げました。建物は古いですが、おトイレはウォシュレット。庭も綺麗に整備されており、駐車場も無料です。response / report this review -

結婚式を大神神社で挙げ、その後の会食で利用させて頂きました。
大正時代からの建物だそうで、年期が入っているだけあってかなり趣があります。神式の挙式の後の会食会場をと、この周辺を探していたのですが、大正楼さんの雰囲気はそれにピッタリと感じました。
また何より料理旅館とうたわれているだけあって、ここのお料理は絶品でございます。親族たちもお世辞無しに本気で美味しいと言っていた様子で、非常に喜んでもらえました。
今回は挙式後の会食での利用でしたが、いずれまた落ち着いて絶品の料理と宿の雰囲気をゆっくり味わいにうかがいたいと思います。response / report this review -

三輪山御登拝の為、大正楼さんにお世話になりました。
老舗旅館としての佇まい、雰囲気、そして何より神域に
近い場所での宿泊は大変有意義でした。
食事も地元食材の伝統料理、地酒など大変満足しました。
何といっても、大神神社御用達の御料理です。
そして館主の情報量の多さと人柄がこの旅館を引き立てている
のだと確信しました。

Ryokan Taishoro was an unforgettable setting for the last days of our honeymoon stay in Japan this past April (2017). Masahiro-san was kind and accommodating from the start. Professional through and through and understanding even when we were running late arriving to the inn. The rooms were of ample size, spacious compared to other Ryokan we stayed at on the same trip. The food was expertly prepared by our host. Masahiro-san was happy to educate us on the various dishes. The atmosphere felt very quiet and private even though it has two gardens, an upper floor and multiple rooms. Masahiro-san, was very nice and really helped us with any questions we had and told us about the area. The rooms were in pristine condition, immaculate tatami and screens with beautiful art throughout. The futons and buckwheat pillows were a personal favorite of mine, I have happily purchased two of the pillows for use at my home!
Whenever I return to Japan, I will assuredly stay at Ryokan Taishoro!response / report this review -

ryokan, wer mal gerne in einem traditionellem japanischen gästehaus übernachten will, muss sowas mal probieren. es ist sehr speziel und spartanisch. ich kann da nur 5 sterne geben, da so was ausser konkurrenz ist.
in miwa gibt es nicht viele möglichkeiten, man kann aber auf dem yamanobe weg nach tenri wandern, was wirklich sehr schön ist. man sieht dann auch ein ländliches japan, viele tempel, schreine und mausoleen (grabhügel).
zur unterkunft: gemeischafts wc und bad, schlafen auf dem boden, bett wird am abend ausgerollt und am morgen wieder versorgt, um 2200 wird das tor geschlossen, speisen werden im zimmer serviert, man muss es aber vorbestellen, nur bar zahlung möglich, ryokan ist in des jr bhf miwa (100m), besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ohne essen habe ich ca 60 chf pro nacht liegen gelassen.
ich kann nicht sagen, dass ich jetzt nur noch auf einem reiakissen schlafe. es war eine tolle erfahrung, aber daunen sind mir lieber.response / report this review -

Overpriced for an average stay.
Rooms are not very practical, baths are common and very small.
Noise insulation is a non-existing.
Inner garden is nice but small and you don't really get to enjoy it.
Too "traditional" to my taste.
also: lot of mosquitoes outside. (!?)

朝食の柿の白和えが大変美味でした。他のお料理も丁寧に作って頂いて美味しくいただきました。白米ごはんもとても美味しかった。静かな旅館でした。
