  An all time favorite of mine! Definitely one of the top restaurants in the city. Has a unique view of Amman, an international cuisine and is known for its exquisite sushi! It has beautiful ambience and mood, and is located in central shmeisani at the top floor of al Qasr boutique hotel.

  One of the best sushi restaurants in Amman. Nice location. Excellent service. Has a good variations for non sushi eaters. Nice crowd. Has smoking and non smoking areas. Staff are very friendly. Decorations and setting is so cozy. Highly Recommended place.

  Great sushi, especially the crunchy salmon salad. Reservations are recommended. They also have great views of the city, so ask them for a window view when booking a reservation.

  One of Amman's top five options for sushi - Vinaigrette stands out because of a creative and experienced menu coupled with a venue with one of the best views of Amman. Like other higher end sushi restaurants in Amman, it's pricey but that seems to be the only way to ensure somewhat fresh fish. Enjoy.
