My experience with this branch might have changed my thoughts about the whole franchise for good. Other than the staff never getting your order right, or the toilets never having paper towels to dry up after washing, I finally get my order to find my very poorly cooked chicken wings! You can see the blood in them! I am never returning to this place and possibly any Buffalo Wings & Rings branch ever.

Happy hour is pretty good. Only really go for that as pitchers are 13jod and wings are 25qirch each. Service is hit or miss, when its goid its usually very good, but when its bad it's generally very bad. Super crowded with teenagers, and standard creepy dudes. Lots of lingering stares at the ladies. Pretty smokey upstairs, but the patio is nice. Be careful with your bank statement afterwards, as my CC info was stolen here by an employee (company returned my moneyeventually).

my experience in this restaurant was amazing and I used to go there every Thursday with all of my friends and pretty sure know everyone who works there. but recently we haven't been going there because there is a new decision that sitting in the upper level (2nd floor) was for people above the age of 21 which is a very bad and an unexpected thing to be done and made by the owners/managers because a lot of people will will stop going there considering that more than 50% of the customers are between the age of 13-19 years old plus I don't think that the 1st floor will fit most us when the 2nd floor will have apparently no one when the people by the age of 21 won't be thinking of going to buffalo when there is literally 100 other places that are more fancy I hope you take this into consideration and reconsider allowing all ages to sit on the 2nf floor and thank you.

I ordered a mild boneless meal and received a slightly spicy boneless meal. The bambam popcorn chicken was cold as well. It's a good place but could benefit from improvement.

It's a great place to go with friends, even if it's a large crowd because the food is delicious and savory. There is a large variety of burgers, some wraps and a ton of wings. This place is known for having spicy foods and sauces in their foods, some only allowed for people above 18, but if your someone like me and you can't handle spicy foods that would limit your options depending on how much you can't handle.

Fantastic experience. Food was tasty, served hot with no delays, service was superb and quick, friendly waitress (Ikhlas) and I strongly recommend it. Parking might be an issue during busy hours but you can always find a valet service.

Slow, slow, slow, service. Food was acceptable. Lots of TVs but with a member of staff meandering aimlessly between you and any TV you try to watch. Go to Burger maker two doors along the street, much better burgers.

The servers just stand around in groups and talk and crack jokes with each other while we are desperately trying to flag one down. Everybody was just passing us off to other servers. Ordered a drink, didn't get it, ask about it, still didn't get it. Had to go up to the bar and get it myself. No apologies. At least the food is kind of good. Would never go there otherwise

Food was mediocre, teriyaki sauce tasted like it had coffee in it
Service, however, was atrocious. One server in particular, who's name was SAED, made our experience terrible. He completely disrespected us as customers and should be fired.
