Old food, bad service. Steak was undercooked, asked to be cooked to medium, undercooked again. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Other countries’ Friday’s are much better.

Good service and friendly staff
The food is always good quality and the staff give recommendations when you ask them for the food choices. They have a good choices of drinks , Margarita peach is one of my favorite.
Although the steaks aren’t the best in town but still they are pretty good.

Mediocre at best.. Most Menu items are not worth your money.

For a restaurant that lives on false advertising there is nothing much to say.. dishes are nothing like what they describe, they play with words in the meal description to seduce the costumers, only for them to be surprised with a rushed mess of a dish.

Dishes are a complete disgrace, in every way imaginable.. Presentation, Portions, Quality and side items.
Don't fool yourself into thinking their meat is better just because they sour it more than other restaurants, because that's basically it, ordinary quality of meat that you can eat anywhere but extra sour, pasta dishes are a mosh of overcooked pasta with too much powdered cheese, the starch is so dominant you can almost feel your dish turning into dough.
Some dishes almost feel like they were microwaved, rice was terrible beyond imagination and side items were served as free taste samples, portions were insulting.

Steaks here can never be compared to some of the other quality steakhouses in Amman such as Brisket or Fuddruckers, if you seek quality meat you can try those two, but if you just want to instagram yourself in Friday's bragging to your friends that you've just spent over 20JDs on a meal that isn't worth 5JDs then Friday's is your place.

I paid around 15JDs (21$) for ONE fried chicken breast, 4 small strips of sour meat, half a bowl of solid rice and a small portion of guacamole (almost the size of a ping pong ball), and if you think it couldn't get any worse than that wait until you see how the dish was laid out, felt like they were making a falafel sandwich and forgot to roll it.

To be fully honest I have to mention that they have a couple of good items on the menu, but sadly none of them are main course meals, you might find their Tropical Cocktails and deserts extraordinary, but it's really disappointing how the main courses couldn't live up to the the drinks and deserts.

This place would be the last restaurant on my list if I desire a satisfying meal, unless I want to chill out and enjoy a nice Tropical Cocktail I would never visit this place again.

If you are looking for amazing dishes wich can make you day , its TGI. Fridays . Taj mall branch is a big dine in , with smoking and non smoking , very good service .
