  They dont even deserve one star. They're the worst, most disrespectful place I've ever been to. The vip appointments, they're overlapped,u need to wait 2 or 3 hours for ur turn to come( if u were lucky). There is one officer and the other 5 desks empty . And people wait there like sheeps. If u dont have a very good reason to travel to saudi think again!

  Too much papers required to get visa. The fees are high. Insurance fees are not mentioned at application.

  - VIP lounge services are slow due to few number of employees working at the lounge.
  - they sent me a message to claim my refund from 12PM - 3PM, i came at 2.30PM they asked me to wait for half an hour.
  - in general they have a well trained and helpful staff.

  VIP LOUNGE WHICH IS CHARGED ABOUT $45.00 BUT CHAIRS ARE DIRTY AND WAITING TIME WAS TOO LONG THOUGH NOT MANY BECAUSE WAS FOR THERE..

  Decent and cooperative staff. Good location with reasonable parking spaces. VIP Lounge is way below accepted, you pay 40+ JD extra for spending almost two hours on worn chairs waiting, no service, not even a water dispenser. Only two employees were available, although they are very helpful smiling.

  شركه سيئة بتكون ماخذ موعد و حتى تقدم معاملتك ويجي دورك بتنتظر 4 ساعات و اكثر عالدور
  اليوم من الظهر وانا موجود عندهم روحت قريب ال 6 مسا لحتى عملت بصمه 😞

  The lounge service is very very bad. I have been waiting since 2 hours and still waiting because only 1 and sometimes 2 employees only are processing the papers. Wouldn't choose the lounge service ever again 40JD for what ???????

  على قد ما قرأت عن شركتهم وعن تعاملهم كنت خايفة من سوء المعاملة بس والله لما رحت اليوم جد تعاملهم كثير ممتاز باستثناء أمن النساء شوي تعاملها في (جفاصة )بس البقية تعاملهم سريع وممتاز

  مكتب يقدم خدمة معاملة التأشيرات من وإلى المملكة العربية السعودية .. ويعيبه عدم وجود رقم هاتف يمكن للأفراد الإتصال به للإستفسار عن بعض الإشكاليات

  No active contact number , they never entertain any enquiries, to ask a question, u have to drive all the way to get info , information on the website are not comprehensive, VFS Dubai is much much better , I think it needs another 20 years to reach the standards of service.

  بالعكس الموظفين قمة التعاون وخلوقين وتعامل راقي جدا المشكلة الوحيدة كانت في الادوار غير منظمة ومعاملات مكاتب العمرة اخذو دور بين المراجعين الافراد وتسببو في التاخير المفروض يكون الهم موظف خاص فقط وشكرا لجميع الموظفين

  تعامل سيء تقول حد لاحقهم بعصاي،ما في رقم استعلامات ،لازم الواحد يطرق مشوار بس عشان يستفسر عن اشي بسيط ،كل واحد بحط المسؤولية على الاخر

  المواعيد عالانترنت .. الموقع ممتاز .. الخدمات ممتازة .. بس توصل بكون مطبوع على التذكرة ايش التسلسل بالشبابيك الي بتزورها
