Very poor. Spent 4 hours in the place. What did I have done? A wash and blow dry. Staff were more interested in themselves rather than their clients. Seemed poorly trained. Hairdryers set to hot, irons used on damp hair. I witnessed one woman very upset as the wrong colour had been applied, no apology and still charged. I will avoid this chain in future.

I went to this place in Amman, Jordan as a highly recommended salon.well I was incredibly disappointed!!! If that's the best place in AmmanI'm sorry! I'm really sorry, because I can describe this place as a bus station in Mumbaiso crowded, so noisy and they simply don't professionals. In general, they did their job, but how was itmy god! They couldn't washed my hair properly at first, then they started brushing my hair (wet hair!!!) which was like a torture and finally they burnt the skin on my head during the drying. No way! Where's announced professionalism? Several times they left me alone while drying my hair and washing i was sitting with a brush in my hair and wondering what's the heck am I doing here?wellI came back to the hotel with black ears, neck and forehead.I was running from that place like a prisoner. Disgusting experiencethe worst one in my life. And priceexcuse meare you serious to set up such high prices for your "super" service?

Had a terrible experience recently with a stylist named Bahaa. He came recommended by my previous stylist, Anthony, who returned to his home in England. First, Bahaa was 15-20 minites late for our appointment. Not due to another client—I could see him in the glass office looking at his phone. Twice, an employee entered and told him I was waiting. He finally came out, said hello, and asked me what I wanted. I showed a picture and started to explain. He cut me off, said, “ Yes, yes, you want a square bob.” I said no, I did not want a square bob, I wanted and described again. He didn’t say anything and started working on my hair. At one point, my husband sent a text and I reached for my phone to reply. Bahaa snatched my phone from my hands and put it back on the table. He said, “A square bob is exact. You want it perfect?” I literally had no words. He cut me a very square bob, and said “I prefer no layers.” I told him what I wanted, he again said nothing, made a couple changes, and said “done.” He did not listen at all. He had a small audience around him watching him work (supposedly he’s the one who’s done all the official trainings and is the best). I felt he was extremely arrogant, to the point it affected and hindered his work. He gave me a haircut he knew how to cut, not the haircut I asked for. I did not leave a tip (first time in my adult life), and I will not be going back. I am very disappointed with my haircut and my experience.

Super super over priced but it's the place to go to get the best hair treatment in town. Very professional and well trained staff. You almost feel like you're out of Amman when you enter.

This isn't a place where you come and leave in 10 minutes. The haircuts are worth it in my opinion.

Happy with the hair cuts, extremely disappointed in the service.

I have gotten my hair cut at Frank Provost twice now. Both times I have liked the haircut (executed by Fadi) but after today's experience I don't think I'll be going back. I scheduled an appointment for 4.30pm. I got there a few minutes early but by 4.45pm they still weren't ready for me. 5pm came around and my hair was washed but at 5.20pm Fadi hadn't even approached me. I told the receptionist I needed to leave by 6pm, and asked if he would have time to see me. She spoke with him, assured me that he would and he promptly came over, almost an hour late.

The haircut itself was fast and I was very happy. However, after finishing Fadi walked away and never came back. Another man blow dried my hair. When he finished he didn't say anything, didn't ask me if I wanted any hairspray or wax, he just walked away. I sat there wondering if I was done or not for 5 minutes. Neither the man nor Fadi came back which I found incredibly rude. Again, I was just sitting and waiting. Finally, I got up, took the gown off and dusted myself off and started leaving to pay the bill. The polite receptionist stopped me to ask if I was done. She thought Fadi might want to do a quick check. She went to ask and came back saying he was done. I paid and left.

Nice hair cuts but I waited over an hour and was just left waiting without any explanation twice. I had planned to come back, but I'll be finding a new salon where the customer is valued instead of punished for being on time.
