Normally I go lunch time when it's empty , very comfy with multiple seating and prices, you can get food as well

Very poor value for money due negligent maintenance. Paid jd 24 for two VIP seats in back rows of regular cinema and had to move due couple with toddler in stroller shoved into our row immediately adjacent. Table didn't have cup holder. New seats--one didn't have a button to raise the leg rest. Put my hand into hole full of springs. Toddler in row below had an i- pad on during the entire horror movie . Isn't that some kind of child abuse? Rest rooms--half of ladies sinks didn't work, no soap in dispensers . Reported the seats problems to two staffthey shrugged. No apology. Will not go again anytime soon. This is why people watch pirate dvds at home. That and 2 popcorns and two sodas cost jd 15.

I like this place although staff are very very rude and unprofessional.

They have a wide variety of snacks although some of the snacks are so overpriced.

Cinema hall is so clean and chairs are very comfortable.

Taj class:

Really better than the ordinary taj cinema staff are more generous.

Halls are really clean.

But some chairs are broken and need maintenance

In general Taj Cenimas is a really nice expirence and I do recommend it on weekdays but not on Thursdays because it becomes very crowded.

Complete ripoff. I have been going to the Taj Class Cinema for over a year. No problems. Today I try to see a 1430 movie in Taj Class and they tried charging me 16JD. They said I had to purchase the concession package with the ticket (drink and popcorn). I don't want a drink and popcorn, I just want a ticket to the movie. I was told no. In over a year I have never been charged this concession fee till now. Weird how it happens only today. So since you want to rip off your customers I will just chose not to use your theater. Which honestly is no big deal really, since half the Taj Class Cinema recliners are ripped and don't work.

Nice lazy chairs but when reclined you can not see the screen .. not very comfortable.
Sound system ok,
Food snacks options limited, they need to have healthy options, and water without Fluoride or allow drinks from outside.

i went there twice and i loved it!!
though it was pretty cold in the hall, so you might want to grab a jacket before you head to it. also the volume was way up, so it was a bit uncomfortable but i adjusted well.
I liked the 3D experience but i wear medical glasses so it was tricky to wear both 3D and the medical glasses all together, but i managed to relax after all.

I was in Amman for a month and went here for both a standard movie and their premium TAJ Class option. The standard movie theater is better than what I am used to in the US for the most part, with large seats and great film and sound quality. The premium option was a wonderful experience, offering a more intimate setting, with around 25-30 seats that fully recline and allow for maximum comfort. Also the ticket comes with a Pepsi and popcorn voucher so make sure you use this! Overall, I had wonderful experiences at this theater and recommend to anyone wishing to see a movie in Amman!
