I stayed at Sydney for the 3 nights that I was in Amman. The hotel is in a great location where you can easily walk to the citadel, the Roman theatre, and grab food at Rainbow st. The best part of the hotel however is the staff. Passam (i hope I am spelling his name correctly) is truly the nicest person that I met in Jordan and does everything to make his guests feel comfortable and happy. The 3 nights that I was staying at Sydney, everyone talked about how amazing he is and how well he treats the guests. Truly amazing and really made my experience in Jordan positive :)

Very nice, clean hotel in downtown Amman. The people there are very friendly. They also offer free luggage storage for several days if you want to visit the rest of Jordan.

Cool and helpful staff. The services provided here are great and the place is close to Rainbow Street as well.
Easily visible and provided with enough pamphlet to get information of not just Amman, but whole of Jordan.
They will also help you in booking buses or cabs to various places.
Highly recommended place to stay if you plan to visit Amman in Jordan.

The place is really close to the city center, however the directions offered how to get there weren't great, the pillows were the worst ones I have ever slept on, the bed sheets were stained. Staff was ok polite.

Great place as a base in Amman. It is good for meeting other people.
Good quality rooms with working showers. Breakfast is basic and extra if you stay in dorm.

Awesome hotel. Great service! Very clean. Best Breakfast for a hotel just for 2JD. Social area quite big and with books and table games.

Good location, overall very clean. The staff was always helpful when you wanted to get around the country. Little nitpick: There is no kitchen.

Amazing hotel, perfect location, big bright and clean rooms, renovated bathrooms, lovely backyard, very friendly and helpful staff, I definitely recommend and I'd be back to this place for sure. Probably one of the best in Amman. Thank you guys!!

Very decent hotel at a good location in Amman. The ruins were tidy and clean and the staff very helpful in organising a taxi for us the next day.

I was very impressed from the very 1st email I sent. They responded quickly to all questions. They arranged for airport pickup which was handled quickly also. The place is quite, clean and a decent breakfast. I will stay again upon my return.

Nice and clean living room with tv and wifi, drinking water for free. I stayed in the fan dorm and it was ok, also I stayed in a double room, the bed was very confortable, room nice and clean. Good value for money. Breakfast was not included, it qas 2,5 dinars. Good location, close to center but not inside the most busy streets, so it was quite, not noisy
