Definitely one of the newer hotels in the city with upgraded amenities. Room was very clean and cozy, except the comforter, a king size bed with two twin size comforter?!
Complimentary Breakfast has good selection of Mediterranean, Continental and English food options.
Safeway Right next to the hotel is very convenient and has 8 ATMs, which was a life saver for me.response / report this review -

I was stay 5 nights in this hotel, room was adequate, near with 24/7 shopping centre-safeway , breakfast was adequate, need to improve staffs..slow respon, 3days just for invoice and still not ready until go back to my country

hello,
i'm giving 2 stars only because of the nice breakfast and the staff they are serving it. otherwise bad management, was calling for some water no one picking up the phone i went down to ask why the manager who was working at night on the 18th of January 2018 said i didn't get any calls maybe the phone not working i will send someone to fix it and bring you some water. went back to the room no one show up. it was raining very bad so i couldn't go to the store so i stayed thirsty all night, i called in the morning no answer, i went down and the same guy was there. he also said the same thing, i said i would like to check out, can i get the remaining balance 4 days out of 7, he said sure we will refund that you don't need receipt so i left. 2 days later i called they said sorry there is no refund. i contact my bank and they said no worry we will get your money back, 2 days later the rest of my money back to my account.
be aware it's at very poor location you will not enjoy it at all. you will like the breakfast only, rooms are small dirty and old .

I loved my one-night stay at this hotel. I arrived at the hotel from the airport at 2 am. Security and receptionists were available 24/7. I had booked a normal in advance, when I arrived, they told me I get a suite room as it was the only room available. The room was spacious with Jacuzzi, super clean bathroom & toilet with all facilities, AC, great lighting, big LCD TV and satellite receiver, two sofas and more. When I needed to print some documents they did it for free of charge, and the day before I arrived they had received a mail for me and kept it for me. Wifi was speedy and stable. Staff were amazing. Breakfast is open buffet with numerous foods, drinks and options for all tastes. The only downside will be the location as I used to walk to my destinations, but I'd still give them 5/5. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is very good for business trips, good food, staff are kind and helpful, room space is good, location is great, you enjoy having hypermarket, tlecom shops, coffee shops, restaurants in a walking distance 5 min drive from Amman international motor show center. (Dry hotel - no alcohol is served)

Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, newly renovated, and super clean. Beds are very comfortable and room service is flawless. Breakfast is ok. Highly recommended for solo travelers or couples. Not recommended for kids though as there is no pool or activities. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nicely located hotel in the suburbs of Amman, 5min away from one of the busiest local shopping areas. The rooms were clean , the service was excellent, the staff particularly friendly and the food was great.
I've visited many hotels in the area and I can confidently say that the Seven Roses would score better in my book than many of the 5 stars hotels i've stayed in during my trip in Jordan.
