Really bad experience!!! I booked 2 rooms we were 2 guys 2 girls so we booked 2 separate rooms but connected to each other so when we got there they have told us that the room wasn't ready and we can take a suit the lady's we were with didn't like that so I went down to the reception and told them that what you guys gave me wasn't what I wanted anyway after talking to them they gave me the room I have originally booked went to my room we started the tv on and there was no sound to the t.v. so wet down to the reception again told the the issue I'm facing so the sent the first tech couldn't diagnose the problem so they called the electric engineer same thing didn't know what the issue was and left the room , to come back to know that it wasn't fixed I spent a good a mount of money over all not worth it bad service I'm never coming back here I learned my mistake

Love the alcohol free policy, the separate swimming areas for men, women and families. The only thing that wasn't great was the food.

Went there it was awsome i didnt sleep there but i used the swimming pools and the waterslides and i ate there amazing place to have lunch good service there

I had a bad experience with this hotel. I arrived their, after two hours they simply cancelled all people reservations because no enough guests in the hotel. Very stinky and dirty towels. clean rooms and nice views but the hotel does not deserve to be in a 5 stars level.

Good as three stars hotel. Not organized, flys are everywhere Food quality is very low. Furniture is over used.
Good for family trip, one day to enjoy water facilities

I never recommend any one to visit this resort I canceled my reservation and they didn't return my money back its like you are living in stone age and far away from dead sea not as mentioned dead sea resort

I won't recommend this place to any one they are abusing the use of being a resort that maintains and takes care of the region culture however they do it miserably.
- Spent more than an hour to get my room.
- very rude pool staff who does not want to do their job.
- only one station for towels to service a big resort with more than one swimming area.
- no very far toilets and no toilets at the distention swimming areas
- no electric kettle in the room, if you ask for one they will charge you 15$ for it.

The Lagoon it self was awesome and that there is a private women section is awesome. But when we went to the public showers the water stoped flowing. Upstiars in the hotel room the shower overflowed onto th ground ):. When we entered we had some snacks incase we were hungry and they took all of them. The room service was slow by the time they answered we were gone. The food is not awesome but overall it was good :)

It's just a 2 star hotel there is no good service no glasses in the room no water once you get arrived they took some of your stuffs ((water food drinks sandwiches)) it's like if you passing borders via customs service point then no body tells you where the room is ..you have to search hardly in the hot humid weather once you find the room you will be exhausted checking the mini bar you will find nothing in trying to call room service they will promise you to try to bring some water within one hour
The big pool is dirty green colour totally I would not recommend it for anyone

The establishment is good. However, the type of residents who visit are predominantly ultra-conservative. During the night I couldn't sleep well because many families brought drums and were playing them all night long.

Some were even rude. The hotel management seem to try to appeal to other demographics, but for now most of residence are religious/Muslim brotherhood type. Which is cool. They also need a space for their own. I am only mentioning this so you would know what to expect.

It is not type of a resort a woman would feel comfortable to swim in with a bikini, because all other women are covered from head to toe.

Good:
- nice family place.
- fair breakfast food.
- Aqua park is good swimming pools are clean.
Needs more:
- dinner is "not that much".
- service is slow in peak seasons.

1) They must work better in their housekeeping, the rooms are not so clean when you check in, bathroom still not well-cleaned, other hotels have cleaner rooms.

2) it is nice to see a bottle of water when you check in, it will not cost them anything! Many hotels provide complimentary things when you check in including several water bottles without the need to buy from them everything!

The place is nice, family friendly, has good pools and kids pool.
