Excellent reception staff.Zayed the reception manager looked after me and my wife throughout the stay.He also upgraded us on short notice after telling him it was my wedding anniversary. He was always at hand abd helped organize our tour at Wadi Rum at an excellent rate! Hotel was clean and warm friendly atmosphere.

The room was clean and bathroom complete, Location was amazing - very close to the visitor center , very Good and varied breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful. Wifi was great

I loved the staff. The front desk receptionist was awesome, great English and knowledge of Petra. We loved his recommendations. The hotel is super well located some meters away from the Petra site. Both dinner and breakfast were amazingly good. Would totally come back.

Room was very comfortable, though somewhat noisy especially early morning. Noise from housekeeping staff cleaning adjacent rooms was quite disturbing. Bed are comfortable. Room was clean.
Bathroom was not that great Very old fashioned. Shower curtain did nothing to prevent water from flooding the entire bathroom which turned to ice in 5 seconds and was not pleasant to walk on in midwinter weather.
Breakfast was edible and there was at least a variety in choices which some hotels don't provide.
For a short stay this hotel is adequate but I would not recommend it for a long stay.response / report this review -

Our room smelled like sewage, when we told the front desk they said they could smell it too but didn't know where it was coming from, and that was the end of it for them. Of our 5 rooms, 3 didn't have working air conditioning, despite being advertised as being in every room they claimed they didn't have air conditioning at all when we asked. Petra is great but find a different place to stay when you're here.

Good for the price. The staff is helpful, the whole place is clean, beds are comfortable and food is tasty. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the wifi and the noise from the rooftop restaurant. But it obviously depends where your room is located.

The Hotel is a short walk from Petra, with a good quality in both rooms and breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was perfect for visiting Petra. It is located steps from the entrance and features comfortable, though somewhat small, rooms. For the price, this represents a great value.
The room was very good, though our air conditioner was unusually loud.
The breakfast buffet was very good and the dinner buffet, at 10 JD, was good value for the area. We left to Wadi Rum early in the morning and the staff was kind enough to pack us a breakfast box for our trip.response / report this review -

Place needs to be refurbrished. Great location just fee steps to Petra entrance. Breakfasts are ok. During our stay there was no internet.

Pros: The room was clean, linens clean, dinner was simple but delicious, and the staff were really polite and welcoming. Also, the location is about a block from the entrance to Petra and unbeatable.
Cons: The shower was cramped and old (some rust), to the point where I showered with shoes on.
Overall: It's a great price and a perfect location on a budget, but you should be aware that it's absolutely a budget option.response / report this review -

Spend two night in this hotel that is very nice experience. Good price with Friendly staff especially Mr. Ahamade who managed the things in resturant. Nothing more I can tell. If u want to have a hotel same at home u have to try it. Hahaha. Hope you have a nice day in Petra.

Stayed here for two days while visiting the ancient site at Petra.The accommodation was in need of some up dating,however we had a very enjoyable Dinner on one night and the breakfasts were plentiful .

Really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has comfortable beds. Since we were leaving early, they even made us breakfast boxes.
The reasons for one star less is that we booked a double bet room and got a room with two single beds and our shower only had cold water (the tap had warm as well).response / report this review -
