  The hotel is good, the place is clean with acceptable facilities and pretty good AC. BUT its too expensive for what it offers, wifi only in common areas, the breakfast wasnt very good, cups, tea and bread were often running out and it took the staff long time to bring more of them (some of the cups were dirty). The staff wasnt so nice but they do help you in case you need any help.
  It would be nice to have more frequent bus shuttle to the city center, and make it more organized, as Jordanian people never reserve places and fight for them so most likely you'll end up without a place if you're the kind and polite type of tourist.
  overall experience is nice, but too expensive to stay in.

  Nice place , calm and good services.
  Pretty coastline , swimming pools, and restaurant.
  There is no free Wifi , no elevators for the upper rooms , old type TV in the room .

  Worst hotel I have been to in my entire life no elevators the pools are cold the service is terrible rooms smell bad and the blankets are basically your bed sheets As I was going to breakfast I could not find plates and bowls I asked the workers to go get more bowls and they never came back

  Very bad service, the room not ready on the time, reception employees are not cooperative at all really very very bad experience
