Great hotel. We are happy to stay here. All at the highest level . The most important thing for us is cleanliness both in the room and on the territory of the hotel, for which I put 5 stars. Also delicious and varied cuisine. Many different Activities both in the pool and on the beach.

Beautiful service, very family friendly and nice pools everywhere.
Staff are super friendly and they pay attention to everyone and everything.
The rooms are clean and we got a beautiful pool view room on the ground floor 😍
Food is good despite COVID restrictions 👍🏼

From start to finish the staff were excellent. I stayed here for 2nights , and the rooms are very clean and comfortable bed (especially the beds ) and there is hot water constantly. The TV had multiple channels and the room had a fridge and tea making facilities , furniture clean and simple . There were also lounge chairs and a desk. The restaurant is very good .The area is very quiet ,they showing how they are professional.

The service is great, employees are so elegant and kind. I love the pools and all the outdoor facilities and entertainment, the rooms are great and comfortable. the hotel is near many pubs and restaurants around the marina. Special thanks to the receptionists. I had a great vacation! thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Movenpick and will definitely return. The resort is amazing and the staff are very friendly.
A few improvements:
- Since we have small children we would prefer a bath and not a shower in the room. The kids kept slipping in the shower so it was a little dangerous.
- The reception desk wasn't always available. When we called to request something, the line was sometimes occupied or no answer.
- More shade in the pool areas.
- Kids club was too expensive and empty of kids

The hotel located in Tala Bay(about 20 min drive from Aqaba).
The hotel is beautiful and have many features and facilities like 4 out door pools, direct beach access and much more.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only 2 downsides I can think are, the coffee was one of the worst I have ever tried, it was heavily diluted with water and had almost no taste, even when we ordered a cappuccino it wasn't so good.
The second one is the restaurant's pricing, it was too high especially compared to the restaurant's in the marina 100m from the hotel.
Overall the food was average(I did expect higher level of a 5star rated hotel) it was fresh with good variety.

This place is rated as a 5 star resort. It certainly deserves at least 10. The facilities are second to none. The staff is exceedingly attentive to detail and most anxious to attend to the needs of their guests. The grounds are incredibly scenic and especially serene in the evenings and mornings. This is a great place to recharge.

Love love love this place ! It's so clean and friendly the staff is extremely nice. Not to mention the big pool there is also a kiddie area for the young ones, a play area and a pool for the little ones!!! Breakfast was amazing !!! This is the view from our room! Gorgeous the rooms are big we got a room with 2 beds for the kids !!! Overall it's amazing and it's a definite choice if you are traveling to Jordan to visit Aqaba! I highly recommend this hotel !!!

Zara Spa was extremly good,
beach was beautiful, though would have loved to dinning services at the beach.
I got my reservation on the phone, which i was informed that once checked in i can change the room type and it will change the rate automatically, this did not happen as i paid for a regular room with sea view as i paid for a family superior room. that was a ripoff.
overall the staff are good, the place is huge that you get lost, more clear signs to lead people to places would also be nice.

First stay at the recommendation of a friend. I was surprised at the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It is world's apart and superior to any I have experienced in my global travels. The physical layout and abundance of facilities and programs was also impressive - and everything was in tip top condition with cleaning and repairs ongoing. It felt like all your family were there to help you have the most relaxing experience possible. An example of this: I was sick the first two days of my stay and the staff noticed that my two friends were eating alone (who did they know there were three of us to start with) and asked if they should send a nurse to see me. Then when I finally emerged, all were asking how I felt and seemed to go even more out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. Very impressive and personal. Truly fell in love with them. The SPA - wow. Been to many all over the world and have to say this is one of the best. Clean, modern, all that a guy would want - and the massages were awesome - none better. Wish I had the time to try all the different types. The ladies did try numerous treatments and experienced the same pleasure and impression that I had. I will return as I missed out on the diving. Highly recommend this facility without reservation! Andrejs Auskaps

We arrived at 2.30 pm and the rooms were not ready.
It took 1 hour to deliver the bags to the room.
When we had the second room, the bathroom was nkt ckeaned at all.
We booked 2 family rooms, each one had utensils for 3 and we were 4 persons in each room.
I was really disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general.
This is my second stay in this hotel, the first one was great but this one was really disappointing.
I think i will not stay again at this hotel.
Rated 5 stars with the qulaity of 1 star hotel.

Whether you’re going with your family or your friends this place is suitable for everyone.
They have a variety of big pools. Actually one of the biggest in Jordan.
Also it has very nice views. The staff are nice, the rooms are clean and neat.
They should improve their food though. I didn’t enjoy any of what they offer which was sad. But over all I would come back.

Our little kids enjoyed this resort a lot. We couldn't but notice how many families with children were staying too in this resort. There are a lot of things for small ones to do and the staff was always friendly and accomodating to our needs. The Red Sea coast here is rocky so good grip shoes are recommended. There's a diving center were you can rent equipment and take courses. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very good with a great number of choices even for kids.

I really loved the hotel it was a nice experience
Pools are heated and clean.
In general staff were friendly but Jordanian Staff were more friendly than other staff.
Check in was very good thanks to Mr. Amjad he helped us so much.
Everything seems to be perfect but I was shocked when I saw a rat in the room then in the next day I saw it again , didn’t expect that from a 5 star hotel but the other standard room was fine.
Food was awesome I really liked it.

I would highly recommend this hotel 😊

When you first see this place you'll think that it all looks amazingly beautiful, and is definitely true! Several amazing freshwater pools and one stretch of private beach down the Red Sea is just a shame that the whole management and staff of the hotel is fairly poor. At the reception, the guy invited me to get an upgrade on the room (which sounded wonderful) but he forgot to mention that he was going to charge me for it For some reason they make you pay in advance and later on it's impossible to add any other expenses to your room. The waiters at the buffet downstairs all seem overloaded with tasks and not very pleasant with the customers. It all sounds like little meaningless issues, but there's only so many that you can take before it starts becoming annoying

Arrived at the Hotel at 6am, after a long journey, what we get? Sleepy staff on reception , no bill boy! In every hotel I’ve stayed which was rated 4 stars and above, there was always a person who helped with bags! Here be prepared that you will have to carry your bags by yourself, even if it’s 4 peaces , and you have no idea where to go, coz at “night” time, the outdoor lights not working. Moreover, if you are used to get sleepers and gowns at 5 star hotels, pass this one by. There are NO sleepers or bath robes. They provide only one set of towels for 3 visitors per superior family room. Deveststing movenpick dissaponting me. Staying at the hotel right now, by the end of my holiday will write more detailed review.

In general it's a nice and cozy hotel.
However, when booked one of the rooms I was surprised that I found a big bug in the top of the TV which was really disappointed in regard of cleaning the room.
When I talked to the receptionist they changed the room directly with a better one but the furniture need to be upgraded as well.
One more issue related to the shuttle buses, they have only one shuttle bus and during our staying it was not working so they bring another mini bus which is not serving the amount of people they want to utilize it.

I like it.
The Best place you can have fun with your family.
When we arrived, the computer network system was down ( no internet access from main supplier ).
The stuff was kind and nice, they made Chick in manually and stayed us directly.
I would like to thank Mr. Rashid,he as very cooperative.

Service is 5 stars with southeast Asian staff. Rooms are 4 star. Food is 5 stars with vast choices. Pools are 4 star, but there are many.

We went there 23-27 June and was wonderful. Definitely would recommend. We have a 2 years old and she rely enjoyed her stay. Pools are awesome, very child friendly. Food was very tasty, good quality and super diversified. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Will be back there soon.

When you are talking about five starts hotels it's here but I believe offers or packages should be more convenient for prices and might increase the hotel income. I recommend all inclusive offers as the hotel is really far from the city center. .. amazing stay

We booked a Superior Kind Sea View room, the check in process took 2 and a half hours, they won't let you in before 3 pm. After 3 hour waiting time we got a room at the first floor with a barely visible sea view. We asked the reception to change our room because we paid for a sea view room, they refused. Some of my friends didn't find towels in their rooms when they checked in. Overall, the service is very poor

I really got happy in there and wanted to stay longer. The room could be better; the decor is perfect but old. Small TV for a 5 Star hotel but I really did not use it. The refrigerator is not cold enough. High majority of the staffs speak only English, which can be a problem to some people. But, They are really friendly and you do enjoy talking to them. The life guard does NOT watch people, he just sits there and do nothing but walk around the pool without looking at the people.. My friend drowned and the person who rescued her was a stranger. The buffet's staff are quite rude, and the food there is not so good. Regardless, thanks for making me happy and being one of the best hotels in Jordan.
