Great hotel. Good service. Very strict about getting drinks from outside the hotel.

Room is clean and big. One of the best rooms I've ever seen. The pools are great as well.

The beach is very bad, there was construction though so maybe they are enhancing it.

Nothing can describe this place. One of the biggest resorts I have ever been. Very huge with great service.

Pros:
- Service is really good.
- Lots of pools: 2 infinity pools, kids pool plus the dead sea beach. With mud experience.
- Spa: this is something else. The biggest I have ever been with great massage service. The indoor pool is also great.
- Breakfast is a must to try very big with great service and variety.

Cons:
Nothing at all.

The best hotel in deadsea and Jordan , very good services , friendly staff , many pools and of course with access to the beach.
Rooms are great , clean , spacy , and elegant .
Since you step in of the door you will feel the difference.
It's a truly luxurious hotel that deserves 7 stars.
Prices are somehow high but this is what you pay for such good service.
One time I shall book a villa in here.

Okay I don't even know where to start with this hotel. The most amazing stay I have EVER EVER had. After a slew of bad tourist experiences in Jordan, this one more than made up for it. Multiple pools, high high luxury hotel. Some pools are heated and some are not, depends on what you feel like. Kids people definitely temped based on the weather. Multiple life guards, thick luscious towels, AMAZING food. Free water and soft drinks in the rooms and free water around the resort.

Now let's talk about quality. 100/10. Everything is top notch. They didn't skimp on a single thing. Now the staff and service. Never ever in my life have I been treated so well. Not only is the staff professional, they are so kind, positive and just fun to be around.

They are extremely accommodating. I have a type 1 diabetic niece and they made sure to keep her meds refrigerated, they accomodate for dietary restrictions and they are great with kids.

I've been resorting in Egypt and turkey and multiple hotels in the dead sea but that's it. This is now my preferred place.

This hotel is really luxurious. It has the biggest room I've ever seen in a hotel. My room was standard 5083 on the fifth floor with a fantastic view of the dead sea. I had a huge balcony too where people can sit to smoke or just to enjoy the weather. The staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant offer yummy food from all over the world. Many swimming pools are there and the beach by the dead sea was great place. I hope I will be there again and again.

Beautiful resort with easy access to the dead sea. It's a private area with an attendant who will also apply a mud bath and salt scrub afterwards. Wonderful rooms, view and service.

Amazing hotel. What stood out for me most of everything was the excellent and kind service. The staff is always friendly and cheerful, and we felt very pampered during our stay. A minor point of critique: the slightly outdated decor in some parts of the hotel. This is of course also a matter of personal taste

No questions asked. If you want to spend quality time with family or friends, this is the place. Guests relation Ivan is a friendly and very helpful staff. All staff are very approachable and helpful. If you don't mind to spend a little more then I would highly recommend it.

We inquired about booking a room with two queen beds for 2 adults and 2 kids, they confirmed the booking. We got there to discover that they don’t offer rooms with queen beds, and they had a room with 2 single beds for our family of 4 instead. They felt little need to help rectify the situation short of charging us for another room. So unimpressed with the unhelpful front desk staff that we just decided to leave. The garish and uninviting design of the front lobby/ground floor seating area made the decision to walk out of the place feel like it was the right move. The Marriott next door was happy to take us in and very friendly about accommodating our last minute booking.

Stayed here 3 times now, most recently in May of 2017. On each of my visits I've stayed in the upgraded Ishtar section of the hotel so I can't comment on the standard guest rooms, but this place is amazing! On my first visit I upgraded to one of their large Jacuzzi Suites which was out of this world. The size of the rooms was massive, probably bigger than some peoples apartments! On my most recent visits I had one of the Ishtar rooms which was equally as impressive and very stylish. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up in a morning. The breakfast is also top notch as is the buffet dinner. Can't wait to come again!!!

Amazing hotel with very comfy and big rooms. The staff is very polite and kind. The only things we didn't expect are the high prices for drinks, alcohol and food. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, and will be definitely back.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights following a 14 day tour (hectic one) of Israel and Jordan. We have been very pleased. The staff (everyone) went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, professional and to anticipate our every need. We dined at the Italian restaurant one night and the grill by the pool the following night. Both excellent. The sunsets were fantastic. The room was clean, quiet, and well equipped. Special thanks to Ivan Cerio who especially went out of his way to make our stay a great one.

Really large everything, from the lobby, rooms to the gym and spa. The property has a ton of swimming pools and a lot of different levels which will keep you busy for most of your stay.

The main attraction is the Dead Sea, that's why we're here to begin with isn't it? But funnily enough, the private beach for the Dead Sea is TINY and tucked away in a corner - the allocated swimming space in the sea is also quite small and can get crowded really fast. Despite the hotel infrastructure being fantastic, the infrastructure for the Dead Sea/beach is not that great and a surprisingly lacking for such a prestigious hotel.

Location is great, establishment offers plenty of space and nice facilities. Breakfast is simply one of the best of all Kempinski hotels we have been to (and guests abuse it so much). The pools are nice and the restaurants good. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom was very nice too. We had a great time, and would have done more massages/treatments but the prices are quite high (everything is expensive in Jordan really)

I booked this for my mother and sister, both of whom are celiac. The hotel made this very easy and it really made the visit for them. The manager didn't know what was available so asked the chef to come and consult them. He then made a delicious meal according to their limitations. Breakfast also had a wheat free station. The hotel is incredible and very luxury. It's that extra effort that made their stay exceptional.

Dope hotel. Beds are comfy. But let's be real, no one comes for the beds. Pools are great. One is really deep and for adults only. The others are populated by kids who scream a lot. Food is fine-- breakfast is actually really good. Dead Sea access is nice, private and simple. Life guards are attentive.

Kempinsky is a great hotel on the Dead Sea. Perfect set up with various swimming pools one only for kids with warm water. A lot of options for dining from Thai to Italian including Arabic with daily show. Expensive but worth of ur money

Honestly the worst experience ever. I came thousands of miles to come to nothing. Did not enjoy my stay. The people were so rude and basically terrible service. I felt welcomed at first but every minute just got worst. I honestly would not recommend coming here if you're coming from the states or out of the country. Terrible to women in hijabs too. Very rude to myself as well as to my mom. Servers complained every time when asked for water, coming from a state that's 120 degrees needs ice cold water when feeling hot. Very unorganized as well. Have to argue to basically get everything straight here, what kind of relaxing vacation is that? Will never come back again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

The ultimate luxurious experience you would want in Jordan. Huge, massive property, private access to the beach of Dead Sea with towels and mud available for you. The staff is extraordinarily courteous and accommodating. The many restaurants and many levels and all with lovely views of the Dead Sea will spoil you for any other staycation.

Beautiful pools, clean hotel, good breakfast. We had a very good stay. But the staff at the pool infinity round pool tend to be on the rude side, and I've noticed that on more than one occasion. Also forgot my swim suit in the shower of our room, we called to try to reclaim while we were on the way back to Amman (not an hour after we left), but the hotel never called back and claimed there was no swimsuit in the room although I washed my swim suit and hung it there the previous day. We called management several times the next day and also said they would get back to us but never did..that's not five star service

Currently the best hotel at the Dead Sea. Impeccable service, efficient, and friendly. The food is expensive, and not up to the price charged for it. Good atmosphere throughout the hotel, and attentive to all requests.
