Its one of the best. Good value for money. The Crown Plaza hotel is located centrally, and is accessible to various locations nearby. The ambiance is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very good, clean and comfortable.
The food quality in particularly very high, and the complementary breakfast takes the cherry-on-top. It is almost the best I have seen in any others. (only that otherwise the food prices are a little high). The gentry frequenting the hotel is also very good.

Nice cozy place. rooms are neat & clean. late checkout options are available. No great choice for vegetarians in the restaurant. Bathroom tub width (721) is quite narrow. Rest all is well.

Very good property, up to the Crowne Plaza standards. Prompt and friendly service. Clean and comfortable, well maintained rooms. Fast Internet connection. Scenic area views from the upper floors. Indoor and outdoor pools. Cosy club lounge. Best breakfast I experienced on my trip through Jordan (don't miss the fresh strawberry juice and the local cheese selection).

The only hiccup was when the parking area entry gate "ate" my room key, but this was sorted out quickly.

Honestly I had a great stay. I came here for work and the staff was great, breakfast wasn't bad. The only thing I can say negative was I had a smoking room and I do not smoke. But besides the ask tray, you never could tell people have smoked in the room. I highly recommend this place.

No major complaints whatsoever, though a few more local options on the menu at the main line would be nice. The breakfast was outstanding, the fitness center was well equipped and the room was more than adequate.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The rooms were clean and large. Beds really comfy and the gym was huge. Enjoyed swimming in the pool as well as the hot tub. Only negative were thin walls, can hear your neighbour in the washroom.

Very expensive, especially the food and drinks. 75 USD for 4 beers is ridiculous. Price keeps going up and every time more things are falling apart.

Attended a wedding here, it was good, however, air conditioning was pretty poor, and all invitees had to pay 2 jds for parking!! Not for vallet, just parking. Strange way to extract money from people.

I've stayed here for4/5 days few years back and it was a memorable experience. Location was good, hotel staff was very courteous and helpful always. Beautiful blend of modern and classic interior. Food was delicious. I've stayed in many different Crown Plaza hotels but this one is like a palace.
