  Call centre only trained to defend their impaired system rather than offering a real customer help!

  They kept my passport for long days (I missed my conference) after my USA VISA was issued in a day. They never called, even I called them, they claimed that they did not receive the pasport, though it was in a locker with them. I knew about it, that my VISA was issued and the pasport was returned back after I called the US Embassy.
