Got scammed by the gym. As my register included pool and jacuzzi. Which was promptly canceled one week afterwards.

The staff flatout ignored me. Wouldn't recommend as it's overpriced to begin with.

Very Bad bad staff , I didn't imagine that such a huge facility would embrace such unprofessional staff . I was planning to register there beside 2 of my friends. We walked in to the reception and asked about any corporate offers. The guye was rude and asked to have our perso al information without even said a word. I tried to understand first the offer and if it would suite us but he confirmed that it's the Gym policy not to share any offers information before taking our information the 3 of us! The manager wasn't better He confirmed what the staff said and concluded that we have no offers today.expressing the exact level of service that shouldn't be at such a place. Won't recommed it for any one.

Nice looking from the outside but how surprisingly small are the facilities . Small classes small weight area tiny steam / sauna room . Nevertheless, few staff memebers are nice but the majority do not enjoy their job . Rude towels employee at the dry clean counter she only smiles to men . Majority of trainers drag themselves when asked for help and respond with attitude . Not in the mood for work . Classes are fun some instructors are kind and professional , some are arrogant and impatient . Overall experience is ok . Could use a general course for KINDNESS & COMMUNICATION SKILLS for all employees including angry cleaning staff . FRIENDLY REMINDER; the money (we) clients pay for membership is employees salary :)

An absolute disappointment unless you enjoy stinky smelly environment.

    PROS
    1) generally speaking, friendly staff
    2) nicely decorated and well equipped
    3) thumbs up to CrossFit friendly instructors despite taking large numbers of registrants at once.

    CONS
    1) nightmare to get to as the location is on a very congested block
    2) mission impossible to find a parking space, they even double park in the underground parking 😖
    3) overcrowded that you easily rub shoulders in the spa
    4) noisy at the spa where it should be a calm relaxing environment
    5) locker locks pads are fading, it’s not easy to read
    6) there’s a rude watchdog at the pool
    7) the spa stinks although the housekeeping is nonstop but it has to do with being overcrowded
    8) idiots shave in the steam room
    9) very talkative crowd in the sauna and steam room

A great, well rounded gym. A whole floor dedicated to cardio and another for machines and weights. Some machines are broken and need fixing, for example some fans on the treadmill are broken, and some buttons do not work. The cafe includes good food with great pricing in addition to great service. The swimming pool is a disappointment however as it is usually crowded and the showers do not smell very inviting as for the rest the gym is great with state of the art equipment despite some flaws as mentioned above.

Gym contains two twin buildings one for females and the other for males . It has all needed activities for young people and relatively old. It's a nice place for working out but at sometimes it's overcrowded

The classes are nice but the staff are rude. The cardio machine options don’t work sometimes. In the cardio area the WiFi never works and asked for access to internet. The staff responded rudely and told me this is what that had and that they could not connect me to any WiFi. I mean I pay an expensive membership for no WiFi access, no water, and no towels. I’m looking for another gym once my membership is over.

Excellent gym. The gym is very large, with two whole floors dedicated to cardio and machines/weights respectively. The machines are very modern, and the staff/personal trainers are very friendly and will help you even if you aren't signed up for a PT. The nice thing about the gym is that it has a lot of special perks. It has a pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room, as well as a cafe/restaurant, barber shop, and dry cleaning service. The cafe has good, well priced food and the staff there are very friendly, however the food usually has a long wait. The one thing that may set people off is the price, especially for a personal trainer. However, the gym is worth it.

I used to be a member at this gym but had many appalling experiences that included poor service (in fact I once complained to the club about the bad service, only to be told by the employee, in a conceited and boastful manner, that he was the manager!! SO WHAT AND WHO CARES!!), there were also queues for most of the machines and many of the staff were unhappy venting their anger on members by being rude; the pool was, and presumably still is, far too small for the number of members.
What has irked me most recently, was the cold text messages that the gym had the gall to send out. Bombarding messages to a data base, purchased by the gym, infuriates people and paradoxically works against the aimed intentions. A marketing failure.

Looks nice place, most trainers are nice, but you will find a really rude one in the class. lastly, the tall reception guy never smiles every time when I enter, feels like you steal money from him lol. Kinda of regret to take one year membership. Ps Hard to find a parking.

    The worst gym ever.
Always have to wait for machines, lockers, parking, even changing rooms.
    Rude staff, especially the trainers.
Happy that my three months are almost over.
    Never ever again.

Nice setup, yet service could be improved as trainers are focusing on personal training and ignoring the bulk of non-pt clients.
