The doctors in this hospital are very professional and great with patient-care even though the hospital has a huge amount of patients and visitors daily. I would argue that the supporting staff isn't always the most professional and maybe the reason why many patients are unsatisfied with their care at JUH, wether it's because of poor communication or apathy. Medical students are also on the premises to learn during their clinical roatations.
Some of the departments are newer than others, eg emergency and obs/gyne, however the rest of the hospital and the outpatient clinics is very outdated and in need of renovation.

The hospital is part of Amman University. Where professor doctor in the university works here as well. On the same time, it provides trading for the university students.
The hospital is huge but it is very very old or maybe it looks old ‘it does need a maintenance’. Since it is a public hospital it is crowed with the patient.
The doctors overhear are professional and really good. But since it is crowed they don’t give enough time to the patients. The average visit is between 3 to 7mits per patient.

Waiting time; you have to come for the appoint many hours before the appointment just to be listed.
Staff, are not nice! I would expect a better service here.
System to complete your transaction you have to visit several windows!

JUH has an integrated center for therapeutic medicine equipped with the latest devices and techniques
JUH was the first hospital to introduce Epilepsy surgical treatment, video brain C.T scan and direct brain C.T scan.

It's an educational hospital, sometimes you have to deal with students, the medical services are fair good but not excellent, you will be lucky if you found a parking lot outside, otherwise you have to use the paid parking for 1JD/hour whatever the parking duration was.

medical team and staff are very professional they deserve 5 starts , but the premises are very old and no air conditioning system in the inpatient ward
