The biggest mall I've ever seen in Amman so far!
Easy parking, beautiful people, delicious food, very good service, safe shopping and affordable prices!
Keep up the good work 👏

I'm one of these people who just love IKEA, and also I trust the swedes. Their quality is very good, the designs go along with my taste, and the their ideas are great.. Ah forgot to mention, I also love to work with my hands. So all in all what not to like about IKEA Just my two cents.

One of the best furniture stores in Amman, you can find whatever you are looking for. Some of the Items are extremely overpriced than the real value of them. On the other hand you can find many Items at a very good price especially in the discount periods. The service is a typical IKEA policy which means they can provide you with delivery and installation team or you can go with my favorite option which you install everything by yourself which is very easy and fun to do using just simple tools and following the instructions.

Very nice please, they have food section and that's what I love actually, I usually start with eating and then looking around in the first and second floor, first floor from top is usually a showroom to see what your looking for is there, the second from top is actually to shop. I prefer to come on Friday so I can eat fresh since coming in the other days the food is somewhat cold and by the way they have got a microwave if your food is cold. So enjoy

Excellent service! Staff is nice when you ask for help and stay with you till youre completely done. Like any other ikea around the world, the interior is superb. The maze like structure really indulges you in home shopping. Very well organized and the restaurant is always tasty and fresh. Also the market is amazing.

I love going to Ikea, and when I saw a sign that said we love electric cars, and some charge ports. I thought great I can drive my Nissan Leaf. Unfortunately when I got down there I found out that the only electric cars they love are Tesla and BMW. I was so disappointed and barley made it back home. If they are going to only have access points for two types of cars they should let people know and not use such misleading signs.

Impressed by how huge and the variety of items stocked inside. They have a whole floor dedicated to showcase various designs using IKEA products. The prices were also affordable and staff were available to help. Since it's big it becomes like a maze if you can easily get lost in there

Typical IKEA experience here. Very large store with all the offerings from IKEA. Quite far away from the city and the entrance is a easy to miss if you aren't watching. Never seen it really busy here. They do offer delivery and installation

Great store. Great quality stuff. Fixed prices. Respectful staff. Well organized. Ikea is a great place for all to shop and eat. Kid friendly meals and daycare. What more can a dad ask for?

Good place to hang out and get ideas for your home.. Sometimes you find tons of things you don't want and nothing of that you wanted in the first place.. nevertheless, you ends up with a cart full of stuff at the check out because the got lots of cool things..

Fun to shop here, but it is so huge! Takes many hours to do all your shopping. Nice café. Playground for younger children but they only allow them to play once per day for total 45 minutes, which is not very generous!

Very relaxed, so nice to go shopping without shopping assistants following and hounding you. Prices are a bit hard to swallow, especially when you know exactly what it costs overseas, but they can't control taxes. Catching an uber there and home is pretty easy.

Its all self service and i totally respect that, but what am i supposed to do if i just go there by myself and i happen to need some help carrying the boxes? I went there to buy a dresser, a desk and a chair and i did need some help to carry the boxes from the pickup area to my car. But when i ask an employee to give me a hand they say that i have to pay 20jds just to move the boxes from one place to another! That’s outrageous! I don’t know if that’s their policy worldwide, but all i know is that their costumer service is literal garbage. Eventually, one very kind young man gave me a hand. But im never going back there again! 1 star is for their great furniture and the other 2 are for the superb meatballs.

I think its a great place to shop at easy access, has plenty of parking, customer friendly, but not sure about the prices if it matches the quality of the products.

I understand it is self service mostly, but not to the extent of not finding employees to assist. Also, paying by visa option is only for those customers who insist. And once you buy, you have no option but to get blackmailed by purchasing a "blue bag" since they can't provide you with any.

We purchased a large closet they installed the 4 pieces of mirrors all in one section, they are suppose to install 2 pieces on each side, my wife called their customer service multiple times and they came twice to look at and they promised to fix it .it has been 3weeks with no luck
The worst customer servise ever, be careful ،even the company is not Jordanian and you think you will get a good service but you will not
They will deliver typical Jordanian Service's
Don't be fooled with the Swedish name IKEA

Rarely can you find cheap stuff, and even if you find such, the material it's made of is not high quality. Moreover, I didn't like the way you get your purchases; you go by yourself between the shelves at the store bellow and grab them. 👎🏻
I recommend that you save your money, time, and energy and go somewhere else.

Pretty much like other IKEA stores in the world, but much less customers, which makes it great for stress-less shopping. Staff were helpful. Huge parking area under the store, typical to the other recent built IKEA stores. Prices are however quiet expensive taking into account the Jordanian market. Return policy is also much more restricted. The restaurant however, has nice view.
