Loved it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was amazing. Would recommend it.

We just arrived in Jordan from Palestine and brought with us 4 luggage and 2 carry bag also we brought a hand full of Souvenirs that we bought in Palestine.
So we checked thought the security and get the Room key from the receptionist went straight to the room. We left our luggage because there's a very helpful hotel staff that help us with the luggage. But after a While we realized that my wife left all the souvenirs in the couch in front of the Receptionist area. We're so worry that someone will take all the precious souvenirs from Palestine and Israel. But luckily the hotel staff are very Honest they keep the souvenirs for us .. thanks God..response / report this review -

We arrived slightly before our check in time but the process was very easy and fast and they checked us in right away. The view from our room was amazing. The bar tender was very nice and was all of the staff we encountered. The hotel was kept extremely clean and friendly. We only stayed one night as we were leaving the next day but we had such an amazing stay, we are already planning our next trip to come back here and stay for longer!

The hotel is modern and up-to-date, very classy and elegant, with a fabulous bar and restaurant. The quality of the rooms was really good and worth for the price. I really love the foods. Very decent and good to taste. Every portion is just enough to feed your craving.

Outstanding service that really made a difference. The staff is very attentive from the moment you walk in until the very end. Great breakfast. The area is not too busy and very relaxing. Would definitely stay again if have the chance.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was great and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was lovely. The room was clean and tidy. A beautiful Stay.

One of the best hotels in Jordan, it has a nice and well-stylish staff and crew starting from the reception to the chefs and the long way to the managers. It's well-designed and it's totally furnished with the latests and it's fully equipped with the modern and latest equipment.

It is the perfect hotel for travelers even if one is staying only for 1 night. Perfect bed and pillows; excellent and prompt customer service; good food; nice atmosphere inside the hotel; very friendly and hospitable staff.

Its very bad hotel.in every thing.each offers their words un true.take care

The hotel hygiene was not bad and the staff are polite, but the main problem is the elevator in the hotel, the elevator need to be replaced.
