Had a long stay 15 days.great staff very kind. Barber on site was amazing. Food is good . 2 bars that have happy hour . A good view of Amman.

Not a great experience at all! Stayed here numerous times and I feel the quality has deteriorated over the past few years. Horrible sweet smell of perfume being pumped through the hotel? I complained about the state of the bathrooms and no air conditioning in my room?

Excellent Service, VERY clean Surroundings. Very good Security. Clean rooms. Comfortable Big Beds. Tidy and well equipped Gymnasium, Spa, Sauna, Steam Room etc. Excellent Buffet with many international food choices and taste cuisine. Very Helpful and knowledgeable front Desk and General staff. A-Z items are available upon request. Unbeatable Customer service. Highly recommended!

Room is relatively clean. Plates at dining area are not always clean. Flush in room was spoilt, but very quickly attended to. Air-conditioned only works in warm mode, and windows are spoilt, and cannot be opened properly to let cold air in as a workaround

Housekeeping could be a lot better! They put me wet sheets on my bed on two days and every day the sheets were wrong sided. They didn‘t manage to improve it after i told them twice. My collegues had similar experiences.

Great happy hour deals at Icon. Nice atmosphere. Music was wholly unobtrusive - you can actually have a conversation without losing your voice afterwards.
