Good in over all, but the bathroom taps are not working properly because they are old, and the breakfast is much much bad, a holel of 2 stars can offer a better breakfast.

The service is very good, also place and atmosphere are good also.

Bad condition. Do not pay cash for bar, beer or wine- charge it to your room or you will be overcharged. Food was mediocre but served by buffet- people tasting food with serving spoon. In financial district - nothing close by. There have to be better places in Amman. I was with a group and did not have a choice on where I stayed.

My experience with this place was okay. Firstly i was disappointed with the dirty carpet floor as well as the tub. The wifi here is way too slow and requires signing in frequently which was irritating. Thirdly the switch keys of the plug points were broken.

The best experience for a visitor to this Hotel is the hospitality and professional helpfulness from the front desk staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is traditional and plentiful.
